I have definitely had cravings like that and have gone way over my calories a few times. What helps me is to only stock my fridge and cupboard with things I won't want to binge on. If I do want cookies, I'll buy one, because I know if I buy a box, I'll eat the whole thing! You can make alternatives too, I've been making popsicles with almond milk and cocoa powder and it's low calorie! If I am tempted to binge, I chew a piece of gum and then focus on that or drink a cup of tea. |

Making your own trail mix sounds like a great idea! I know nuts and dried fruits are high in calorie, so you can add plain Cheerios (full of iron and only 100 cal per cup) to your mix without adding a lot of calories. Have fun! |
