Grandma (called Oma, it is german) to 4 (soon 5), mom to 4. Married 20 years (second marriage).  My family has always had weight issues and I am the smallest of my family, still 45 lbs off my ideal. I once was at my ideal weight and got lazy & selfish. I am now determined to get back down & keep myself down. I have so much to be grateful for and so many reason to want a long & healthy life (lots of those reasons call me Oma, four call me mom & one calls me honey).

I stumbled upon this site while I was searching calorie information for a friend (trying to support her diet), I got hooked by the people I saw here and am happily chatting with anyone that comes along.
