I really would like to join this thread! I am 19 years old, 135 lbs and 5'2.5" I would love to get down to 110-112 lbs!! Anyone have any food/meal plan suggestions? I also tend to binge sometimes but mostly on peanut butter... Which is weird!

Thanks a ton! I'm going to use this I still can't eat normal amounts of food either because I'm just starting out. This is a good amount so we will see how I do! :)

Hey I am trying to recover from bulimia with anorexic tendencies too!! I really don't know how to go about it. I'm not underweight and I have pounds to shed. How are you planning on recovering? I think I'm going to create a meal plan about 1300 calories and eat a lot of low calorie foods like fruit, yogurt, and vegetables. I also stopped exercising for the time being because I found it to be triggering.

Hey guys I'm just curious as to how many calories you're eating? I want to lose weight too and I want I hear from other girls because every time I ask someone says 1800 minimum but I only eat between 800-1200. How are you losing weight?

How many calories did you eat to lose the 48 pounds? I'm 130 now and would like to be 115 too!! I am having a hard time with how many calories to eat and it seems like what you did worked :)

Sorry I don't have an answer for you and I'm not much help hopefully someone with more knowledge and experience will have the answer, but what did your 1200 calorie intake look like?

What do you have? Eggs, chicken, greens, and other veggies? Maybe I'll begin salads with a fruit for lunch and snacks then and protein and veggies for dinner now and I don't really like having breakfast I'd rather just stick with coffee until lunch. I find that breakfast makes me binge at night. thanks!!

Thanks for the feedback! I just never know if I'm eating enough or I'm eating too much. I think I should be a lot stricter with counting calories and measuring. I'm going to really try now! Are things like yogurt, eggs, cereal, salads, and lunch is Normally half a sandwich with a piece of fruit good?

I'll take that advice thank you! But I'm also worried that I'm not eating enough. I don't really get hungry and even when I binge and purge its not out of hunger. I have started eating more... 3 meals and 1 snack but they are small meals like half a sandwich and fruit or yogurt with some special k cereal in it. I don't know if that's normal for breakfast or a lunch. I'm worried I'll end up gaining weight instead of losing weight and I'll just keep relapsing. Should I just keep eating this until my metabolism gets more normal and tells me it's hungrier or should I make myself eat more?

I will try no meal plan and I'm not falling into any diet schemes anymore, but my problem is that I never really get hungry. Even when I binged and purged it was never because I was hungry. I'm worried that I won't eat enough. I eat until I'm not hungry and I eat three meals and one snack but they are small meals maybe half a sandwich and fruit or yogurt and granola. I'm just worried that while recovering I won't eat enough and then I will end up gaining even more weight. I'm just so confused... Should I make myself eat more or should I stick with this until my metabolism gets more normal and my body tells me I'm hungry?

I'm having trouble too... I was anorexic and now I'm bulimic. How'd you do it? I get on a really good path but then I fall off and go back to my old ways. I'm so sick of it ruling my life and i just want to be normal again! I'm now trying the dukan diet but I think it's setting me back because I'm not eating nearly enough and it doesn't seem like a good long term weightloss tool for me. Did you use a meal plan? What was an example of it? How many calories did you eat? Did you gain or lose weight? sorry so many questions... I'm just completely lost and wanting to get better especially for college next year!! Please help!!
