| Thomas' makes mini whole-wheat bagels that are only 110 calories, and they're actually really good! Another option is to just eat half a bagel at a time, and combine it with peanut butter or some other protein so that it's more filling. | |||

I just recently tried tuna with this ginger sauce from a local chinese restaurant.
It's basically soy sauce, honey, ginger and maybe some garlic. |

Oatmeal is great and can even be made in the microwave.
Baked chicken breasts are convenient/healthy. Frozen/fresh veggies are very easy to prepare. Pizzas made on a whole grain tortilla or whole grain bagel. Scrambled eggs/omelettes. Stir fry with brown rice, veggies, chicken, eggs, etc. Tuna, turkey, chicken sandwiches on whole grain bread. |

| Maybe you could try freezing bagels/english muffins after you buy them. This may help with portion control since you'll have to wait for them to defrost. It will also preserve the freshness so you won't have to worry about eating them all before they go stale. | |||

| I went from 111.8 to 110.2 just from peeing today. It happens, just take it with a grain of salt, and consider your average weight over several days to measure true results. | |||

| I take a One a Day Women's multivitamin, but only on days when I know I didn't get enough calcium. I eat a very healthy diet, so I don't feel the need to take one every day. I also take B12 sometimes if I'm feeling low on energy. | |||

the binging/weight gain is definitely a result of previously undereating. More important than losing weight right now, you should focus on fixing your metabolism. This means eating your full energy needs for a while. Your weight will eventually stabilize, and might even start to drop once your body is out of starvation mode.
I know this because of personal experience. Best of luck to you |
