slr- Hey girl, long time no see! I'm so glad your mom is doing so well! Breakfast: Bulgur cooked in soymilk, cinnamon, ginger, and half a mashed banana topped with banana slices, blueberries, crunchy PB, and more cinnamon. Post-Workout: Milk, grapes. Lunch: WW sandwich made with tomatoes, lettuce, hummus and guacamole. Also, string beans and milk. Dinner: Stir-fried mushrooms, onions, sweet peas, cilantro, black pepper, and ground sage served with organic quinoa, herbed chicken breast, and avocado. Bedtime: WW banana bread, milk, organic PB. |

teaandtrifle- ahh i love ur simple dinner again! lol, now im craving some pesto. madeleine- ur lunch and dinner for today sound lovely! Breakfast: Plain yogurt, Kahi Honey Puffs, frozen blueberries, sliced kiwi, chunky peanut butter, cinnamon. Lunch/Post-Workout: Grilled WW flat-out wrap stuffed with muenster cheese, a thinly sliced granny smith apple, and cinnamon. (tastes just like a churro, i swear haha!) A side of broccoli. Snack: Glass of milk, applesauce. Dinner: My mom's stewed rice and pinto beans, chicken breast marinated in chimichurri, stir-fried mushrooms, onions, and sweet peas. Bedtime: Will probably be another slice of homemade WW banana bread with milk and peanut butter =] |

Hola !! Breakfast: Peaches and cream oats: Oats cooked in soymilk+water, a mashed banana and ginger topped with a warmed up sliced peach, a spoonful of melted crunchy peanut butter and mroe soymilk drizzled on top. Lunch (out with my uncle): Lentil soup topped with parmesan chese, garden salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Snack: A glass of milk, sliced kiwi sprinkled with cinnamon, peanuts. Dinner: A stir-fry made with EVOO, mushrooms, onions, sugar snap peas, cilantro, spices, and quinoa served with a herbed chicken breast on the side and some milk. Bedtime: Slice of homemade WW banana bread, peanut butter, tall glass of milk. |

Hello! <33 Breakfast: Overnight oats: plain yogurt topped with rolled oats and soymilk. In the morning I added a big sliced banana, a sliced kiwi, and lots of crunchy peanut butter and cinnamon <3 Lunch/Post-Workout: Quinoa topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Tomatoes and string beans sprinkled with herbs and squirted with lemon on the side. Snack (at movies): Milk, grapes, peanuts. Dinner: Stir-fried cod and onions in EVOO. Peas and mushrooms on the side. Bedtime: A slice of homemade WW banana bread (bliss!) spread with organic peanut butter and a glass of milk.

Remember, weight is just a number. It fluctuates from time to time. Heavy clothing and water retention have a lot to do with it. It's important for you to weigh yourself under the same conditions every time. A good example would be to weigh yourself only once a week. Maybe every Monday morning when you wake up before having breakfast. You'll find that it'll be the most accurate way to weigh yourself. And it saves all the stress that weighing yourself 5 times a day causes, it's just not normal. =P <33 |

hey guyss ! back from vacation, it was so much fun!! buuuut, now im back to reality -_- hannah- oh u do?! that'd be so cool if we could meet up with each other, ill be going there at the end of the month! hope uve been having fun at camp! <3 arnevet- ur lunch sounds so interestingg! XD and yummy too of course! maggie- welcome !! and girl, im LOVING that dinner of urs. i love salmon, teehee =P Breakfast: Apple-cinamon oats! Multi-grain oatmeal and flaxseeds cooked in soymilk and cinnamon topped with a chopped Gala apple, more cinnamon, and lots of melted crunchy peanut butter! Lunch/Post-Workout: Quinoa topped with a salad made with string beans, chopped tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Sprinkled with melted mozzarella. Grapes and milk for dessert. Dinner: Brown rice topped with stir-fried cod and onions in EVOO. Sweet peas and mushrooms on the side. Bedtime: Banana dipped in cinnamon peanut butter, raw almonds, milk.

peacelovehominy- congrats on the weight loss hun! =D almost there! hannah- its been great! ima ctually going away on vacation tomorrow, so its all good =P and omg im going to a yankee game by the end of this month, how was it?! ill definitely have sushi when im there, salmon and avocado= <3 . and when im running low on calories i definitely rely on nuts, oil, and peanut butter. i also have milk when on a budget, drinkable calories dont fill you up as much =P and all that calcium is good or you too! lol teaandtrifle- hahaha yes, i can relate! and yummy grilled brussel sprouts...havent had those in a while! slr- omg ur lunch sounds absolutely lovely! jealousss ! i read about ur mom, and im feeling for u =[ hope everything turns out for the best! lots of love! rosalie- ok, so im kinda absolutely and completely jealous of ur eats. no biggie. arnevet- so glad ur surgery went well! Breakfast: Oats cooked in organic soymilk, cinnamon, and ginger topped with a chopped Gala apple, fresh blueberries, and chunky PB. Lunch: Sandwich on WW bread with melted muenster cheese, mashed avocado, tomatoes, and lettuce. Leftover seaweed salad on the side, as well as a glass of milk and a sliced kiwi dipped in peanut butter. Dinner: WW indian naan topped with stir-fried mushrooms, sweet peas, onions, and chickpeas sprinkled with black pepper. Bedtime: Homemade WW lemon-blueberry muffin (delicious!), raw almonds, a glass of soymilk.

Breakfast: Pumpkin pie oats! Oats cooked in organic soymilk, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice with a banana whipped in. Added some mashed pumpkin and topped it with vanilla-almond granola and slivered almonds. Post-Workout/Lunch: Grilled muenster cheese and apple WW flat-out wrap sprinkled with cinnamon, green beans topped with guacamole on the side and milk. Snack: The rest of the apple leftover from lunch dipped in peanut butter and cinnamon anda glass of milk. Dinner: I was craving japanese =P Baked seasoned tofu served on top of stir-fried sugar snap peas, mushrooms, and onions; brown rice and pineapple-ginger sauce. Seaweed salad on the side! Bedtime: Plain yogurt topped with granola, blueberries, cinnamon and cashews. |

hannah: ahh yes, they were! =P and omg ur eats sound SO good! definitely challenging, but those "pizzas" for dinner sound amazing <33 razelnut: ohh, ive never tried vanilla's method for whipping bananas before, gonna have to try that! =D i actually whip my bananas by cutting them into chunks and dropping them into the pot the instant when i start to cook my oats. then i stir the oats vigorously the entire time they're cooking, that should do the trick ;] btw, ur dinner looks delicious! sooo yesterdayy ... Breakfast: Overnight oats: Plain yogurt, organic soymilk, and oats left overnight. In the morning I added fresh blueberries, a sliced kiwi, and a chopped nectarine. Topped with peanut butter and cinnamon! <3 Post-Workout/Lunch: Brown rice, chickpeas, steamed broccoli, and baby carrots topped with guacamole and a glass of milk on the side. Dinner: Baked herbed mahi-mahi, roasted mushrooms and sugar snap peas drizzled with EVOO and black pepper, yautia (it's sort of like cassava, only better =D SO good) Bedtime: Banana dipped in cinnamon PB, raw almonds, glass of milk. |

Breakfast: Oat bran cooked in organic soymilk with a banana whipped in, cinnamon, ginger, honey, banana slices and melted PB on top. Lunch/Post-Workout: Warmed up flat-out wrap stuffed with melted Muenster cheese, guacamole, tomatoes and lettuce with a side of baby carrots and some grapes. Dinner: Brown rice, sweet peas, baby carrots, and herbed mahi-mahi with a glass of milk. Bedtime: Sunflower seed bread toast spread with organic PB and cinnamon, about 1oz almonds and a glass of milk. |

hannah- ahh yes u should do yoga! i love it. maybe u should start doing some yoga videos and then eventually sign up for classes! and thats great about the exams! looks like working hard the entire year does pay up, doesn't it? and i will! ive yet to try the falafel and the banana soft serve, hold me to that ! =P and i knowww i love applesauce and milk :] haha crazy247- mushroom and onion polenta?
