Breakfast: 3 weetabix with sugar and a glass of milk

Snack: Oatmeal and raisin bakery cookie

Lunch: Udon noodles with salmon fillet, avocado and asparagus

Snack: Twirl chocolate bar and  a glass of milk

Dinner: 3 slices of bread as an almond butter sandwich, pot of pineapple and danio yogurt.

My intake was junk yesterday and not proper meals all the time but ill post it anyway

I ate Porridge, mcflurry, banana, milkyway stars, prawn and tomato puree mushroom wraps, 2 cream eggs and some walnut whip, milk. it was 2000 calories but not very well planned.

yoou are not eating an adaquate amount of calories hun, you need carbs regardless and you can still slim down!

Yesterdays intake

Breakfast: Porridge + OJ

Snack: Banana

Lunch: 2 pita bread + hummus + salad + smooth cherry yogurt

Snack: lemon cake slice + coffee

Dinner: Vegetable lasagne with garlic bread + yogurt

Snack: Horlicks

Todays intake has been a hell of a lot more because it is my time of the month, shall i post it anyway? xx

A royal gala apple with cashew butter

Cranks crunchy lunch: lemon and corriandor hummus with roasted vegetables and salad in 2 multigrain wraps from the hospital canteen and i have not let myself have these for so long- an apricot greek style muller corner!!

Snack
4pack apple and cinnamon weetabix on the go biscuits with cashew butter

Dinner
The largest salmon fillet ever like no joke ~200g or more, 1.5 servings of quinoa with cherry tomatoes

Snack
Glass of full fat milk  yogurt

First I want to apologise to you all..it is indeed a maintainers thread adn i shouldnt get affected by your thoughts around weight and food and I am also going to express how i feel when i post like all of you.

Second my intake,

Breakfast: Quaker Natural Porridge Oats with 200ml semi skimmed milk, a large banana, strawberries and linseed

Snack: BLACKFRIARS original flapjack 110g and 502 cals!! 

Lunch: Cranks crunchy lunch - Lemon and coriander hummus with roasted vegetables and leaves in 2 multigrain wraps- google cranks guys its amazing food. AND a big juicy royal gala apple 

Snack: crunchy peanut butter and a peaches passion fruit innocent smoothie 

Dinner: wholemeal pasta with green pesto,2 big squid,~ 50g full fat camembert and 7 cherry tomatoes, watercress and cucumber (600+)

Snack: Peanut butter and milk

Today is day one of my no-binging plan, I have binged excessivly on 6000 calories pretty much everyday for almost a month and gained weight rapidly. The binging has died down this week and today I have decided I am going to follow a plan everyday and allow myself unhealthy food and eat at the 3 meals and 3 snacks and then hopefully the no binging will continue. I am so scared that my weight will go up now i am beginning to eat normally again, i will freak out and i dont want to go back to restriction and starving because i will screw my metabolism up and lose weight the wrong way and end up in hospital again. I am a healthy weight for me and i have recovered from anorexia athletica so i actually dont exercise. I am worried about the amount of saturated fat i have eaten today, and what do you guys think of my intake today?

THIS IS WHEN I WAS IN ADULT AND A MUCH BETTER PLAN I THINK

 

Breakfast 
~100g cereal and 200ml milk + a banana
2 toast + spread + jam if needed at the time

Snack
 rota which was biscuits/cake slice/cereal bar/ hench flapjack/

Lunch 
3 days a week was a packed lunch day and 2 were not and the weekends were completly different so i am just going to put what we would have every day:

monday= sandwich (2 slices of bread with margarine) of protein and fat filling (tuna mayo/cheese/egg mayo) with a cake slice and a yogurt

wednesday= a roll(bap) with spread and a thick filling of tuna mayo/egg mayo/cheese with a bag of crisps and piece of fruit

friday= roll (bap) spread with margarine and a thick filling of tuna mayo/egg mayo/cheese with a cereal bar and yazoo milkshake

tuesday and thursday= a fresh bakery white baguette with spread and thick filling of tuna mayo/egg mayo/cheese + a yogurt
OR quiche with potato salad/couscous + a yogurt

saturday= 2 pita bread with hummus and some salad + a yogurt/ 2 pita bread with roasted vegetables + yogurt/ 2 toast with spread and scrambled eggs.

sunday= 2 toast with spread and baked beans / chicken tikka with couscous or potato salad , both with a yogurt.

Snack
 rota- A huge bakery cookie/bakery muffin/ chocolate bar/big bag mini cheddars or crisps/cheese and crackers

Dinner
Main meal portioned out by staff if it was a sharing dish like a bake/rosti
if not it was things like 2 burgers with chips and peas/ quiche + rice +peas/ jacket potato +cheese +beans/nut roast + roast potatoes/2 fishcakes +rice/chilli + rice/omlette + chips + salad/ect 

Pudding 
Cheesecake/carrot cake/fruit and ice-cream for weekdays.Sundays were hot puddings with ice-cream and custard which i loved haha. rhubarb crumble/apple pie.I wished it was everyday though like my old hospital did.

Supper 
Hot chocolate/ Horlicks with digestive biscuits

Okay the first one is from an adolscent unit so it is full of milk, the second is from the adult unit i was in.

Breakfast 
toast with butter and peanut butter 
bowl of branflakes with full fat milk
standard glass of orange juice

Snack
 high calorie chocolate bar/yogurt (alternate days)
 glass of full fat milk

Lunch  
Pasta dish with vegetables or a main meal containing 3 elements, e.g. Breaded chicken fillet with chips and peas OR Battered fish, mash and sweetcorn and you get the gist of it.
Hot pudding - slice of apple pie/treacle sponge/bakewell tart or whatever with 2 scoops of ice-cream/custard

Snack 
high calorie chocolate bar/yogurt/hench bag of crisps
glass of full fat milk

Dinner Sandwiches of a protein filling with margarine and salad + lighter pudding with no ice cream or custard, like slice of chocolate fudge cake/victoria sandwich/ cheesecake

Supper 3 cheese and crackers/3 biscuits/ 2 toast with spread and jam or peanut butter , Glass if full fat milk

Supper 2 Glass of full fat milk

This morning i had Banana strawberry and peanut butter overnight oats!

I used 75g porridge oats and put it in a big peanut butter jar with a cup of milk and on top sliced a banana and strawberries and left it to all soak up in the fridge overnight. I wacked on some peanut butter on the top of the full jar and and mixed it up. It was sooooo nice. Then I got halfway and warmed it up and that was sooooo nice too!

Guys, Ive had an eating disorder for 6 years now. A binge you are having is not a binge it is reactive eating. It's not 3000 calories or more, so it is not a binge. It is really annoying coming here and seeing that you keep talking about eating too much and so called binging and that you dont like feeling fat. Not just regular people use the forums you know, a lot of ED recoverers check out the threads too.

I am so glad im not the only one. The thing is i have got to a healthy bmi, my hospital admission got me to bmi 21. I got cured from anorexia through my religion and it was the best thing ever, until for over 3 weeks straight I have been binging like mad. Every day pretty much, topping on 6000 calories of carbs, fat and sugar. Yesterday was awful, i ate bg bowl of muesli with dried fruit and nuts, pouring yogurt, big bowl of cocopops with whole milk, 1/2 large pack of custard creams ~2000 calories in a packet, packets of crisps, 5 curly wurly chocolate bars, a galaxy chocolate bar, then i had to eat dinner with my dad which was chips, chicken and pasta, other half the packet of custard creams, tuna, 2 servs of cocopops with whole milk. I am not even hungry, i just keep eating most the time. I have put on more weight in the past 2 weeks then i have during the weekly weigh ins as an inpatient. A lot more weight actually, its so embarassing. I dont know why I have turned out like this. I had anorexia for 6 years, atheltica, exercise bulimia and other issues. I normally would be vomiting this all up but i am not bulimic again i just binge and compulsivly eat. 

I am hoping that we are not the only ones. 

I have gone up 1-2 dress sizes and my face is so fat and puffy. I dont know h9ow to reverse this. Because I am recovered from anorexia athletica, I dont xercise anymore so im screwed, I dont want to stay fat all the rest of my life! :'(
