My boyfriend is asian and he and his family eat a lot of glutinous rice. They are all very slim.. and since dating him [almost 2 years] I have become addicted to rice too. I just count it in my calories. I cant live without it now~

Thanks everyone! I wouldn't have even had those doughnuts, but I was babysitting this morning and they were like "There's a dozen doughnuts.." And I was like "Noooo" in my mind hehe.. Right now I'm eaitng a weight watchers dinner, I think for supper I'm going to have some egg whites and green beans and some fruit. I'm going to take a nice long long relaxing walk.. I usually only walk for 30 minutes[not leisurely] but today I'll take a much longer walk.. Thanks everyone!

thanks! i also heard somewhere that you should avoid using weights on your thighs if you want to lose fat from there..because it can make your jean size go up because your thighs get big with muscles..is that right?
