Lately I've found it helps me to eat a little bit constantly throughout the day so I don't always feel like I'm 'waiting' for the next thing. So quite a snacky menu. But here ya go.
Breakfast: A cinnamon bun with margarine
S: Vege chips
L: Mushroom and chicken risotto, 2 kiwifruit
S: A cup of coffee and some chocolate, some cheese
D: Oats with berries and brown sugar
S: Chocolate yogurt

Breakfast: Fruit salad
Snack: A coffee and a square of caramel slice
Lunch: Feta cheese and green olives
Snack: Raspberry and choc cookie, another choc chip cookie...and a coffee
Dinner: A weight watcher's microwave meal, creamy fettucine pasta with beans and veggies woop :)

Today was one of those days where I kind of felt like eating everything in sight, so I just made it a maintenance day...
Breakfast: Two pieces of toast
Snack: Caramel frappuccino from starbucks
Lunch: Ham and veggie quiche, one scoop of chocolate eclair icecream, a couple of chocolate digestive biscuits
Snack: A coffee, some grapes, one slice of brie on a cracker
Dinner: Weird dinner, but some more toast and a couple more digestives biscuits. LOL.

Breakfast: Toast with butter and jam, cappuccino
Snack: 2 chocolate thins biscuits
Lunch: A bacon, egg and bree cheese croissant with chutney
Snack: 2 more chocolate thins biscuit
Dinner: Not much of one...half a baked potato, a couple of pieces of chocolate and a muesli bar! Oops!

Late breakfast: Two huge pieces of five grain toast with butter and jam, and a cappuccino
Snack: Packet of plain chips and some almonds
Dinner: Weight watcher's butter chicken meal with rice and peas

Ate a lot today, sitting here very full haha.
Breakfast: Two pieces of peanut butter toast
Snack: Two mini eclairs
Lunch: Not really a real lunch but... Caramel slice and coffee, and piece of toast a bit later on
Dinner: Chilli con carne with rice and veggies
Snack: A bunch of grapes, apple and probably about 4-5 little cookies...
Oopsies! Better to be 300cals over though than 3000 like my binging past...:)

Lunch: Lotsss of tuna and veggie sushi...
Snack: Another coffeeeee
Dinner: Ok so I was naughty and replaced an entire meal with a giannnnnt caramel slice but it was so worth it for today :P

I have the same problem. Can binge on thousands of cals. Day 2 binge free now hahaha :) I put on about 15-20 pounds in 6 months. Oops..
I'm the same - "all or nothing".
I think what halfwaytobeautiful says though really helps, setting out eating times which allow you to actually get hungry again before you eat and makes your eating pattern more normal - it's hard!! But it helps.
We can do this!!

I have this problem...a lot of it is down to jaw/bone structure which you can't do anything about. Even when I had a BMI of 20 I still had a bit of fat under my skin and on my face, I just have a round face with a weak jawline and not much I can do about it! You kinda just have to work with what you've got.
Having said that though, losing any amount of weight will lessen it and get it to a point where you can probably live with it. When I'm at my ideal weight (I'm currently about 15 pounds over) I'm comfortable with it. You can't do anything to spot reduce fat from a certain place. It has to come off from everywhere and sometimes there is still gonna be a bit left.
But at the moment it's the bane of my life...lol.

Trust me - you'll be fine! One 4000cal day will not hurt. It's day in day out that it does the damage (I'm living proof of that! lol)

It's not "cheating" but in any case I don't think it ever works out well.
A lot of the time I've justified eating more some days because "I'll get eat fewer calories tomorrow" aaand I always end up eating just as much as usual or more, because you still get hungry and skipping meals and restricting too much just never ends well.
Sooo I wouldn't recommend it.
It's that kind of behavior in the past 6 months that's lead to a big binge eating problem for me....

Hi guys, I'd like to join too!
I haven't weighed myself in a while (I try not to much - just go by measurements now - will post soon) but I'd say I at about 157 pounds at the moment. Would like to get down to 142 :) (or fit the clothes I could fit when I was that weight previously!!)
I have a problem with binge eating that has developed over the last 6-7 months (fits criteria I have read online for Binge Eating Disorder) so really hope this will help me stay accountable and get on top of this.

Dinner: Roast chicken with potato, carrots and peas

My old shorts and jeans! Used to be able to wear them with crop tops to show my stomach a bit even....now it's just muffin top and fat and they don't even fit. Will get back there!!
