| Try Coach's Oats from Costco. It's steel cut oatmeal that only takes five minutes and its better than instant. Try eating some egg whites with it to keep you fuller longer:) | |||

Ok I havn't checked in in a while. I have lost more weight but I am no where near my goal. I am 144 now. I started t 151. I hope to lose 10 more pouds by July 4th. I think I can do it if I keep watching my carbs. |

I am now 147.6 lost the weight i had gained the week before. I have gone from 151.2 to 147.6 in 8 days by eating right and working out hard!! Doing Insanity work outs. I'm confident I can get my weight back on track by June 1 or sooner. |

I know what you mean. Also try drinking something calorie free or low calorie like water or crystal light. It might give you a better alternative to eating, but still satisfy you. I was freaking out because I was doing the same thing all last week and gained back the weight I had lost and an additional pound. I got tired of being the weight that I am and started Insanity ( a workout system and nutrition plan) three days ago. It kicks your butt! However, you can do it at home, you don't need extra equipment and it only takes about 40 to 50 minutes a day. It is great!!!! I lost weight and am back down to 149 pounds after my crazy eating. Try it with me:-) We will definately lose the weight we want to lose if we stick with it. It requires you to eat to! |

Hey Everyone. I was doing well and went of the wagon last week. I was in Vegas for a week and a half. My starting weight was 150.2, then I went down to 147 the next monday, then the thursday of that same week I was 146.6. I went to Vegas to pack up my apartment and went crazy. I gained weight back up to 149.0 last monday. I started The Insanity Videos three days ago and they kick my butt. I love it. Hoping to lose the weight I put on. I weighed my self today and I am 151.2 pounds:-( I started the diet that goes with the work outs yesterday. I hope I can lose very quickly. I can't stand being this weight anymore and I want to lose it the right way. |

Hi Everyone I am embaressed aout my actual weight since I have gained 20 pounds since June!! I actuallybwant to lose 25 to 30 pounds, but this will be a great start. Height 5'4" Startng weight 150.2 March 15,2010 March 22, 2010 I have lost 3.2 pounds 147.0

If you have a Smith's or a Krogers. Try Krogers brand deluxe vanilla no sugar added ice cream. It is 100 calories perserving, but its even better than Breyer's No Sugar Added. They have several flavors. I like Breyers though because it only has 80 calories per serving. |

This post was very encouraging. I really want to get down to 120. I went a little crazy over the weekend and I gained weight 134 lbs. I was at 131 a few days ago. I know its probably a lot of water and some fat, but I'm going to try to lose it back so I can be back within my ten pounds to lose phase. Its so hard! I am 5'4" and I work out 4 to five times a week. crazy cardio. I think I am really carb sensitive though |
