I'm 36 and have been putting on weight for a long time.  I need to drop about 110 lbs.  I have a wonderful husband who tells me all the time that he loves me for who I am but he wants me to be healthly. I also have two beautifull little girls, one is four years and the other is 21 months.  After the birth of my second child I left my job as a sales and catering manager for Opryland Hotel and went to work as the dietician/cook for my church daycare so that I can see my girls all day.  I love being close to them but being close to the food has not been a good thing.  I have decided that I have to get myself in shape so that I will be around for them in the future so here we go!!!
