| I can totally relate I do not have inlaws only a brother in-law and whenever I visit my sister and her family its like an all you can eat buffet I will be visiting this weekend but my new plan is to maintaine and I will be going to a curves there so I will workout once thats why I like curves because they have a travel pass. I know its frustrating but if you enjoy their company enjoy it you just might have to eat a apple and drink a glass of water before the real eating starts so you wont go crazy when everyone else is munching this way you have filled up before hand good-luck | |||

| I have seen it too and I think the guy really slanted it on his side for the money I mean come on he was like eating like 2 or 3 meals at a time even thou he said only when they would ask him to supersize it but even if they didnt he would still order like 2 whole meals duh you are going to get fat and I still love their fries. McDonalds is not the reason I am fat, I am they dont make it easy on me with their deliciouse fries but it is still my fault. | |||

| I love Richard Simmons" Project me" tapes they are very motivating and its like having a 12-step program I always listen to it whenever I am having trouble with food which is like all the time he is corny but so caring now you can buy it cheap on e-bay. | |||

| in the craft section at walmart they have these tiny little ziplock bags I buy these so I can portion control instead of having a regular baggie even the snack size baggie seems to big when I am counting out 15 cheese-its. I love the WW little cake snacks they are tiny but they are good carrot-cake and lemon are my favorite also they freeze very well. | |||

| I dont have any suggestions but you my dear are lucky you have a butt that would be my dream I have a back with a crack I am a typical apple shape no hips no butt just all belly. They do say just keep doing cardio to burn the fat it takes longer for pear shapes to lose in those areas but you are much healthier then us apples. | |||

| when i see those names I dont really feel like they are negative they are just stating a fact. I am a fatgirl but even tho we are currently not happy with our shape its ok to have humor about it remeber us fat people are jolly!! I dont like my shape but I like my humor. | |||

| my current weakness is McDonalds French Fries the only good thing is I only get theam from a certain town because for some reason their fries are like cooked to perfection compared to other franchises and peanut butter cups I have not had one of those for like 2 weeks which is like a lifetime for me. | |||

| welcome ratna- maybey you are doing too much at once why dont you concentrate on just excersise for the week and not your diet then in a few weeks slowly start doing your food by just cutting back like if you normally eat out 4 times per week cut back to 2 maybey you just need babysteps that way you are not so overwhelmed and wont give up because hey no matter what those weeks are going to go bye and you will feel like you are making progress!! | |||

| I agree with moonsky diet pills should just be an aide and dont feel guilty because you need a little help I needed some for appetite suppression because if I dont use theam I will eat like a pig. I currently take xenadrine and it only helps with the appetite a little but I feel like I have more energy will finish bottle but will look to another product in future also I did check with my doctor and he said its alright as long as diet and excersise go along with program too. | |||

| my mind set now is if I am really craving something I have it because in the past let say I am craving a peanut butter cup it has like 80 calories each if I try to eat healthy like an apple or some cereal I will eat that but still eat the peanut butter cup because I wasn't satisfied with the earlier choice so now I drink a glass of water and have the item I really want and just add like 15 more minutes to workout. | |||

| I find it funny how Jillian says anything over 2 hours is overexertion I remember one of the contestants on the biggest loser say they excersise like 5 hours a day at the ranch no wonder they lose like 20 pounds in a week. Oh I work out 3 times a week at curves for 30 minutes never count the cool down or warmup and treadmill for 20 minutes on those days and the non-curve days I have been doing 45 minutes of variouse excersises. | |||

| not only are you a nerd you are a dork but so am I there is nothing wrong with that I would have done the same thing if I couldnt find the info on the web also I am very clumsy and a treat once in a while will not hurt as long as it does not lead to a binge. | |||

| I have read more than once that you are to take your current weight divide that number in half and drink that in ounces so if you weigh 200 lbs half would be 100 ounces that is 12 1/2 cups of water. I am lucky if I get the 8 in but would be a good goal to make. | |||

| I am currently going to curves and it is great and it is great for a beginner. They charge you a joining fee which is $150.00 but they always have specials so it could be 1/2 off $75.00 or no fee depending on the month then they charge either $29.00 a month for a 1 year contract or $39.00 a month no contract but in order for you to see results you must go at least 3 x's per week also they have a travel pass so wherever you are you can go to a local Curves and workout which there are tons. | my mother wanted one for christmas she recieved it from my father it cost $225 dollars. She uses it and it works for her and I read in Prevention that it was a good product but it takes up too much space and for me it hurt my back. I still use the old ab-roller it is a purple contraption it works when I use it and helps with my form & assist me so I would save the money and buy a ball or go to ebay & buy the Ab-roller if you just need assistance and help with form. | |||

| Isn't it funny we say all this mean stuff to ourselves but would never say theam to someone else because it is hurtful. I am like you Im good for the week and then bang weekend its feeding trough time, so what I currently am going to do is get in some extra work-out time like maybey add 10 minutes extra to routine and just plan to maintain for the week-end also try drinking a glass of water and eating an apple before you eat the naughty stuff make this a rule I am pretty sure you will not go overboard with all that fiber in you and do it before you meet the friends in your car driving over there so they don't say whats up with that another diet attempt. | |||

| I like the low-sugar maple brown sugar I put the reccomened amount of water and every once in a while I add like 2 tsp of peanut butter microwave then add a shot of skim milk and like a sprinkle some chopped walnuts it is yummy!! | |||
