| Is the Pea Protien in powder form or is it already mixed? Also, how much do they cost and how much do you get? | |||

| Yes...I do have a copy. I clip good workouts from magazines and laminate (I don't think I spelled that right) them. It keeps me on the treadmill when I have a plan. | |||

| Hi. I'm 5'5'' and my weight usually maintains between 130 and 135. Typically I wear a size 8 pants, but it ranges anywhere from a 6 to an 11. My tops vary so much. If you were talking swimsuit tops they are a small. However, my shirt sizes are a medium to large because I have thick arms and wide shoulders. ( no boobs unfortunatly) | |||
| Weight Loss | Ate too much/drank way too much - should I eat less than normal today? | Jan 29 2007 14:55 (UTC) |

| Right! Don't deprive yourself because you'll only want to eat more later. If you haven't already, get some healthy breakfast in you. Something with some whole grains and maybe some fruit. Like mentioned above, eat veggies and get some lean meat in you. Tea and water will be important for you today too. | |||

| I have heard of people being allergic to soaps. One of my friends can only use the unscented Dove bar soap. I used to get them on occassion. My Dr. said to not wear underwear to bed, just loose fitting pajama pants. | |||

Thanks for your reply. I still haven't bought one, but I know the Nordictrack that you were talking about. I also looked at Sears. I read some reports about Nordictracks being hard to put together. How was yours?
Way to go on the 5 days a week! I hope I can keep the motivation! |

| I almost did not respond.....your post really disturbed me. I'm not responding to be rude, but if are afraid of water to control your weight, you need help that you will not get on this website. If you are getting help, maybe they are not giving you the right kind of help. I have known many people with eating disorders and your problem sounds like it is way deeper than an eating disorder. I hope you work through this. | |||
| Foods | cheese is my weakness | Jan 22 2007 22:24 (UTC) |

| Cheese is the one food that I can't live without!!! However, I can't have a block of cheese around the house. I measured out pieces, cut them into serving sizes, and all that to keep it in moderation. It doesn't work like that for me. One serving turns into two, two into three. Before you know it I have the whole block eaten. So, I just can't keep blocks of cheese around the house. I calm my cheese urges by adding shredded and sliced cheeses to one meal or snack a day. I either will eat a slice of cheese with slices of apple, put it on my sandwiches, or my favorite....sprinkle cheddar on scrambled eggs. Also, I drink at lot of skim milk. Sometimes that calms my cravings for cheese. | |||

| The best workout video I have ever purchased was a Stephine Steele kickboxing video. It's pretty old, so you may have to look for it online. It is the perfect combination of different intensity and it is a complete workout. Every muscle in your body will be worked. I had the best abs when I did this workout daily. The video teaches you the core basics of kick boxing. I learned enough I purchased a water base punching bag to add resistance to my workout. | |||
