Hello,

 I'm a 28 year old urban planner from Toronto looking to lose about 10lbs. I am 5'6 and looking to get down to somewhere in the neighbourhood of 140lbs.

  

Update: Hurray! I have reached 150lbs! Yay healthy BMI! 140 here I come, half marathon here I come!
