Bio

I am 41 years old, divorced with 4 children.  I am currently a full-time member of the Air National Guard working on my Masters Degree in Aeronautical Science, which I should complete early next year. I am also a member of Civil Air Patrol where I fly search and rescue missions.

I just recently lost 55 lbs using the same strategy that is found on Calorie Count.  My method uses weekly averaging instead of strict daily amounts.  If you would like to see my actual plan I've made it available for anyone to download on my website. http://www.debitdiet.com.
