I am a 40 year old female. I have a 11 year old son and 10 year old triplet girls. I work full time and need to lose about 75 pounds. I am diabetic and a smoker and I have high blood pressure. I had promised to quit smoking by my 40th B-Day, I'm not doing so well. I finally am getting serious about my health and I'm starting by trying to lose weight. It is just baby steps for me. I really want to be around to see my kids grow up. So, it is time to start looking after me a bit. I hope to make some friends here and stick with this until I reach my goal.
