| Bio | Hello, my name is Merrit and I have been around the sun 45 times. Long story short I am glad that I found CC. I recently had my one year anniversary here at CC and I have not held up my end of the bargain. I am finding my way and it has not been easy. The alternative is much more grim. An overweight, diabetic, smoker, hmmm, like we all don't know where this is headed. So what to do. 1) I have had some success on the smoking. Quit June 12, cigarette free since July 1st. I must admit I do feel, smell, and taste better than I have in some time. Kudo's all around. 2) Weight has been a stumbling point, I weigh almost the same I did a year ago. This is what I am working on currently.
