Well, where to start???  I have lost over 200 pounds in the last 3 years on Weight Watchers.  I got to goal, 165 and have slowly put on about 25 pounds over the last year.  I am wanting to DUMP them and get back to 165 pounds.  I have a hard time staying focused on the food end. I workout 5x a week FAITHFULLY (haven't missed a day in 3 years) but have a hard time eating good.  I am a little confused on why I have gained this weight as I have excersised the entire time.  I am having a hard time losing this!! I hope CC helps!!  Anyone who can help me would be GREAT!
