I think it will be pretty good :) Nice thing is, at the beginning they take all your measurements, and then in four week intervals take them again. I'm definetly looking forward to the challenge.

For Tues and Thurs, a friend and I agreed to do pilates, new to me but exciting. And you doing it at 5:30-6:30 in the morning, kudos! I could never. Ick.

Ah yes, the tired, sore, omg-what-have-I-gotten-myself-into feeling. I'm looking forward to it! :)

So yes, MWF, 9:30am-10:30am and I'm doing it for three months to start. I figure with doing it three times a week and sticking to 1800cals per day, I should kick ass.

How long did you do it for, and how frequently?

I just joined one! Next Monday is the start day, going M-W-F for a hour in the morning. I'm scared but psyched!
