Apparently this post had the opposite effect. I was trying to help, sorry. I may have come off as a jerk saying I don't care what people think of me, but that wasn't my point, I was trying to help. I don't care if you hate me and we can't be friends, but I care if I hurt your feelings. so sorry.

btw, thanks for going through my posts to find anything you could sling against me. If you had chosen to, you would have seen I revised my goal weight after realizing the initial one was way too low. I put my goal weight as 119 as like what, my third post? So you had to go all the way back to the end of my posts to see that. And I shared some intimate details about the eating issues, which by the way, I am getting help for. If you would have looked, I stopped posting for about two months until this one. Those were not recent posts. You called me a hypocrite for calling you a hypocrite, but isn't it just as hypocritical for you to have found all the information you could to call me out when you found it hurtful that I called you out? Whatever. This is old. Sorry I hurt feelings.

i honestly have no idea what my food weakness is. i feel like the weakness in general is just the need to eat and it doesnt really matter what it is as long as i can eat.

but im going to say candy. that seems to be the major culprit. to avoid i try to just keep busy doing something else or chew sugarfree gum instead! usually i just give in though, sadly. i have had so much candy in the past few days i don't even want it anymore, so this should be easy. candy

I Danielle, do hereby promise not to eat candy for 2 week(s) until July 20, 2009.

PART B: the best thing about me is...i have an exceptional sense of responsibility and closeness when it comes to my family. i'm young but i've sacrificed a lot of my life to help them, and doing this has helped me have a reason to hold on when i was in my lowest lows.

why did i have such a hard time finding something good about myself? my self-esteem sucks. but hey, i'm glad i had to have a reason to dwell on the positive things about me since i typically spend my time chillin' with the abundant negatives!

i appreciate all of your posts. they were just what i was looking for - this weekend i was sick so i didn't get to exercise, but i didn't starve or do anything ridiculous so that's the important part! i haven't fallen off the wagon either way, i'm so happy.

thanks for the answers everyone, my mind is much more at ease. i can't believe the progress i'm making on my running - i'm going to keep pushing myself in that area and i'm finally going to tackle the task of lifting. the running is definitely not enough of a challenge so i guess that means it's time?

happens to the best of us, just get your butt back on that wagon. i like that you're honest, most people try to blame a lot of things that may have contributed to stress eating, but ultimately didn't cause the pounds to add up.

congrats bcarpe, that's awesome! i have gained, i don't really know how but i'm not sweating it because it's only a little over 1 lb. today i went shopping at kohl's and i used to not even be able to fit into the x-large junior clothes, but today the x-large were too big! it's awesome to see results like that because it's hard to see it in the body. i got two really cute dresses and the guts to get a pair of shorts for the first time in two or so years.

me tooo!!!

i am making a change in my diet, upping the protein big time and lowering the carbs. i'm not doing low-carb specifically but my carb count was ridiculous and my protein count was abysmal so i want to change that.
