Being 5'1'' extra weight has always been easier shown on my small frame.  I've been active my whole life, basketball, soccer, softball, running (5k's, beginner tri-athlon last summer!) My 2nd year of college I just let myself go, along with partying I gained so much weight- 182 (grouss), It's been 1 year and I've lost 20LBS and still losing!  My lightest weight was 127 and I felt good, but I was always obsessing over everything I ate.  My goal is to reach 130 and take it from there...  I love excercising.  I just need help chosing the right portion sizes, I eat very healthy-  I do not cut out anything other then sugar (like candy etc) and IF I do eat candy I always eat HALF of what I would like to eat.. lol.  I'm an avid water drinker and I don't drink soda, I have a cup of coffee every now and then!  I want to get to my healthy weight... the healthy way!
