Thank you guys, so much, it's going to be a long journey but I am just tired of having all of these self conscious thoughts.  I have a little brother who can eat all he wants but maintains a naturally lean frame.  It's a little frustrating but I have to stop focusing so much on the food and focus on my health.  I am actually scared when I laugh too hard because I have passed out and I am afraid that one time I am going to have a heart attack.  (I laugh a LOT.) But I will be sure to keep this forum in mind when I am feeling like I should give up.  I can remember being on the no carb diet for the second time and I had gone so long with out carbs that I didn't want to eat them just to keep up my running streak, I hope to reach that point with this as well.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
