Thanks for all the great replies! I'm working on eating the 1200 calorie minimum - just really afraid of the initial weight gain. I'm just wondering how much weight I'll gain and how long it will stay on. Any ideas? Also, is there any way I can even lower the initial weight gain? For example, for the excess calories I need should I eat protein? |

I'd have to say either Jessica Biel or Jennifer Anniston. They are skinny, but not unrealistically or disgustingly skinny. |

I'm in the same boat (not eating enough calories, need to get my body out of starvation mode). I was told that in order to avoid water retention to drink more water, eat less sodium, and if it's extreme to take diuretics. Does anyone know if the diuretics are honestly a good idea? lolanilly- I'm in the same boat. I'm only eating about 850 calories a day - but I feel so full on it! I'm not starving myself and I don't think I'm fat, it's just what I feel comfortable eating - and I'm not underweight (my weight has been stable for months). I was told I should still eat 1200 a day though, and that eventually I would get used to it (as well as my metabolism). |
