I have a hard time counting calories.  I have been trying to just stop eating when I'm full, and only eating when I'm hungry, and I lost 2 pounds this week already, so it must be working!

I'm so glad that other's have this exact same problem.

I am a suppeeerrr healthy eater, but that's just the food I like.  Everyone is always making comments about how thin I am, and then they like try to shove food down my throat and say things like "You need it"  What's wrong with being thin and healthy?  I swear everywhere you hear that you need to be eating healthy foods and excersizing regularly, which I do. So why, just because I am thin, does it mean that I have an ED? I eat more than most girls I know, but instead of eating chips or fries, I'll eat an apple or a banana. DeRrR people are frustrating.

I'm on the exact same boat as you

I'm an athletic 5'5 1/2'' 105 pounder...I recently had to take some time off of training and I lost like 7 pounds OF MUSCLE.

I need to gain back muscle.. not fat! haha. so help please!

people keep asking me if I'm annorexic and I can assure you that I'm not.  I eat a ton of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and egg whites....HELP!
