Breakfast is often a smoothie for me but it often takes more than 10 minutes.

I throw in whatever there is until my liter cup is close to full.  The result may range from 300-600 calories depending on what there was.  Here's my latest but this is just one example:

  • Orange
  • Limes
  • Peppers, serrano
  • WATERMELON
  • Tomato
  • Apple
  • Banana
  • Spinach

I add cayenne pepper and cinnamon to whatever else is in there. I weigh up all of the ingredients so that I know what I'm getting. I add water to thin it down enough to suck through a straw.  Lasts me through at least half of the day.

I am finally down in the 186's, 186.6 today, hooray! I think it's a little low, the trend line might catch up with me, but I've been in that area  2-3 days now and finally out of the dreaded 188's where I'd been stuck for a few weeks. If I could get down to 185 by the end of the month that would be great!

Thanks!  I'm the slow steady tortoise.
