Starting Weight ~ December 30, 2007 ~ 210 lbs January 4, 2008 ~ 200 lbs (-10 lbs ) February 14, 2008 ~ 190 lbs (-20 lbs ) February 28, 2008 ~ 180 lbs (-30 lbs ) April 11, 2008 ~ 170 lbs (-40 lbs ) May 17, 2008 ~ 160 lbs (-50 lbs ) August 27, 2008 ~ 150 lbs (- 60 lbs) Both my Grandpa and Grandma Passed away within 5 months of each other, and I let go of losing weight for a long time after this. Before I realized it, I gained 25lbs back. March 16, 2012 ~ 176 lbs April 5, 2012 ~ Starting to look and feel skinny again......Yeaa! Should Have gotten a smart phone sooner. Kinda Helps.......ALOT! 4 weeks later 10 lbs Down.... 166 lbs (4/13/12) No weight loss on week 5 (BUMMER) I ate right, I feel great, and I look great. Just keep going and see what happens next week.. I'll be more active (4/20/12) Threw in the old 1980's Denise Austin Ab workout.. That Lady kicked my butt. I am very sore today. My Daughter was laughing at me at first, but then she joined in. Lots of fun. I think im going to look for another old school workout tape. ;0) 8 weeks later 16 lbs down.... 160 lbs (5/11/12) Happy Mothers Day to me.. Today I reach a Healthy weight B.M.I. (5/13/12) 10 weeks later 19 lbs down.... 157 (5/25/12) Why do I always forget how good skinny feels??? |
