I LOVE making egg sandwiches! Do the nuke some eggs, but I find you don't need to add any spray or oil. I put cover it with plastic wrap, nuke it for 1min, stir (well, chop up the cooked bits around the sides and then stir) and then nuke for 30 more sec! |

:) Agreed. So I think I'm gonna have a BBQ at my place of some PC Mini-Chicken Burgers (so cute, and cute things taste good) and PC Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream. Nom nom. Maybe buy some new gym pants, as my butt split on my current pair... onder how long its been there for... hmm. |

Breaking off a date over e-mail?? What a flake! Guess its better that she did it before the date then the day of or just skip out on you. I always like to do hillariously named shots. I did find this: And Beer Margaritas sounds so very very wrong. Nothing really good there. And Pizza. Beacuse that is Sooo Labour day. |

Okay, I'm not trying to make a 'big deal' about Labour day; being in Quebec I don't get most 'normal hollidays' and its nice when its not Quebec Solidare based (like Ste-Jean-Baptise, or how Canada Day is "rental lease due date"...). Also my weekends have been super lame. I was just wondering what you were all doing and was wondering if there were any good suggestions out there (**** faced is on my top. thank you.). Or I could have a theme party. What kind of drinks are 'Labour-licuous'...? I could have fun with that... Just can't have blender drinks as my Magic Bullet & Blender both broke on Canada Day (not happy). |

I as well try and log every day (some days I just don't feel like it or forget) and I try and go by the little green line. My favorite is TTOTM and its like a rollercoaster all over the place. |

I personally don't mind a few bum dimples (dimples are cute, remember?) but I can relate when you see them going down the thigh... Oh well. But the thing is, I am for SURE looking in the mirror more indepthly than I used to, noticing all the nooks and crannies. Plus sunless tanning lotion can't hurt. :) |

I should add in more... 12. number of minutes logged per week? 50 x 4 = 200 13. best benefit that you get from exercise? I'm super glad I read all of these! I've been feeling like a lump lately! I've gained 10lbs since 1.5 years ago, so I'm glad I've caught it before its gotten to be anything really more than that. I just need motivation! Yeah! Woo! Dance! Ha! Eh, maybe later.. |

At least you ate food that sounds pretty good for you! Not like you binged on a bucket of KFC, a full bag of Doritios, a bag of Extra Butter Popcorn, a MR. Big, and ate half a jar of Nnutella with a spoon. Not that I've done that bad before... really! Yeah, just move on. Eat the rest of your day sensibly, and work out if you can. :) |

So many Runners on here! Unfortunetly I have feet issues, so I'm unable to really get into running. I'm sure I could (like go buy a special pair of shoes and ect), but I'm good with my Bike. I've been pushing myself harder. *pat on back* SO! Question for everyone! What do you eat for Breakfast? Mine is pretty much the same durring the week: I like it as I can toss it in the microwave and get ready for work while it cooking (it takes 7 min!). I then pour all the above in a Ziplock container & eat it at work while I'm doing my morning stuff (like..this..). What do you all eat for Breakfast? I'm currious. |

That's it. I'm going to 'join' this group (if that's okay with you'all.) I've been reading off and on and thinking "Yea I could join..." but that's as far as I've gotten. My screen name is Razy, Living in Montreal with my Boydriend. I'm 22, 5'4, 133.2lbs as of this morning. I work 8am to 5pm as a desk jockey doing Graphics & Marketing support (websites, advertising, catalogues, that sorta thing). I currently excersize about 4 times a weeek. We have a little gym at work (yes, I'm lucky) and I go on the bike for at least 25min, then every other day I lift weights, 15lbs, 3 different movements. Don't know what the moves I use for lifting weights are called, but one is the "Arms straight above the head, bend elbow so they are parallel with the floor", the other is the "Make an L-Shape with your arm's on either side of your head, and push the weigths over your head" and the third is the "Arm at side of body, lift weight up to chest". Yeah, those ones. I do 3 sets of 12 reps. My main points of improvement would be:
Before I used to cut my Cals crazy low & I got down to 118. I wasn't happy. I was cold all the time, tired, cranky, couldn't concentrate (which is a big deal for me, as I'm Attention Deficate) and lost too much too fast. Now I feel like I'm eating 'normal' but I've gained 10lbs since last year. *sigh* I hate it. I had to buy new pants... my shirts dont' feel the same... Well thats my intro story. I've gotta get back to work, but I'm super glad that I've found a group of people who won't be all "But you look FINE. You haven't gained a THING." I know there just being sweet, but my pants tell a different story. :-) Have a super day everyone! -Razy |

I'm with all of the responses above, mainly on what you eat. I find the more carbs and sodium I consume, the more bloated I feel. Also, I'm not insinuating anything here, but watch the alcohol. I know that is my Achilles heel... Drink water. Stretch, ahh, and breathe. Cardio & Weights. Watch the Sodium & Carbs. |

That is a great idea. Currently I'm reading the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I'm on book 4 right now, and I only read them at night before bed... Maybe if I picked up my book and didn't just watch the Food network I'd not get the munchies all the time. Hrm. |

Anything that is packaged pretty much. Frozen Lunches, Canned Tuna, Soups, Ramen Noodles, Frozen Breaded Chicken, Quick Rice. I can totally see that taking quite a few years for us to get used to the low sodium in all of our foods. Remember how hard it was to go from white flour to whole wheat? That took about a decade! I find the less sodium you consume the more salty everything tastes... So much salt is added to everything! |

Maybe get something you would "normally" get, but only eat half of it. Have a salad before going to help fill up before hand so you don't go over board. Plus, you'll have dinner for tomorrow as well! Thats what I always do when I eat out :) I like being thrifty and get two meals out of it. |

You sure you wanna be a model? My cousin has been one since she was 13. She would tell me things like "My Agent told me to lose 5 lbs or I won't be able to model anymore". Its hard, mentally and physically. She wasn't a runway model, just for magazines.catalogs. You have to have so much confidence, they'll tell you what clothes to wear, that your motivation is (ie- this is your boyfried, look cuddly) and you have to work it. Just sayin, Its not for everyone! |

Wow, I totally get the same feeling... Never hungry, never full. I guess when I'm "hungry" I get this pain in my stomach and I feel faint. If I'm full I feel bloated... Guess my body is just bad at sending proper 'food' signals... I find water, Gum, Sour things, and almonds really help with the weird 'must fill void' feelings... |

Wow, the suport on this is insane! I'm really glad to hear that there are actual options out there, not just that tiny triangle top you always see Eveywhere. So envious of those. Totally cannot wear them. Glad that Swim-suit companies are opening their eyes to the world, not just the desired corporate model. Thank you so much everyone for the sugestions! I'm going to check out Victoria Secret online tonight and Check out what they have. Thank goodness I'm thinking about this with two months to go, not two weeks! Woo~ I feel better allready about my trip~ :-D |
