I am 41 years old and 5'8" tall with a small/medium frame.

For the first time in my life I am trying to become as fit as I can be. 

I have recently entered a biggest loser competition at the gym I go to so wish me luck with that.  I have until Oct. 1st to lose as much as I can for the chance to win $1,000.  So far since I started the contest on the 9th of July I have lost 11 pounds so I hope that the loss continues.  The main reason that I am doing this is for myself and the motivation (since I was starting to lose it going a month with no loss) but a grand would be nice I'm not going to lie.  I have found a wonderful trainer who has been helping me via text messages and email since he lives in sunny southern Cali. It is one reason I am so glad my husband plays Call of Duty on the ps3.  That is how we met him.  He is awesome and I am very grateful to of met him. 

Anyway, I don't talk about me that much so this is about it. :-)
