why under 30 calories? thats not even half an apple! unless u want to eat lettuce. you seem like you have some eating issues... why did you say something about your mom thinking somethin suspicious? thats how i would feel when i had my eating disorder&the fact you arent giving any info about your height/weight makes me think so even more

yogurt, fruit (frozen fruit makes it super thick creamy and ice cream like), cocoa powder, and my fav is to add a little pudding mix (a tbsp of the sugar free INSTANT is only like 20 cals or so)... the pudding mix makes it wayyy thicker, richer and creamier lol i put it in EVERY smoothie i make! theres chocolate, vanilla, cheesecake and alot of flavors!

hmm well if you really dont want to eat a huge meal just eat watever you want and if you still have cals left just eat more tommorrow? mmm chocolate chip banana pancakes w/chocolate milk lol thts wat im having for breakfast(:

your bmi is 11...  idk if you have insurance etc but plz just call the nearest IP center and tell them your stats they will help you find a way to get treated! your body is in alot of danger. if you have nothing left to do call 9/11-yes thats possible! tell your mom to call or something. it may sound crazy but its an emergency when your this underweight hun. good luck

its good on pancakes w/bananas and in oatmeal.

but omg youve got to try a grilled nutella and banana sandwich! since uve got a jar theres no excuse not to make one(: its soooooo effin good!!

being sick sucks. idk if you really need more cals when your sick but u do NOT need to be going to the gym when your sick! eat rich soups (clam chowder, broccoli and cheese), chili w/bread or crackers, oatmeal w/peanut butter, hot cocoa, milkshakes, etc. all of these should go down smoothly and are calorie dense. good luck

anorexia really has nothing to do with weight. do u restrict your calories on purpose-why do you only eat 1000 calories and run 7 miles on weekdays? do u run as much as you do intentionally to burn cals? these questions are much more important than how much you weigh.

but yes it sounds like you may have a problem

thanks for the response! i probably do need to see a doc but i dont feel like i can-im 17 and i cant tell my mom about this she will probably get angry"/ hopefully itll work itself out tho still hurts today and i havent gone... i still have the box but i havent touched another pill! colace was what i wanted to buy but it was too expensive the "muclolax" is actually the dollar tree brand it was only a dollar lol but it says on the box its the same thing. i guess ill drink some coffee in the morning thats helped me in the past

hi hun. i wanted to respond to your thread because i went inpatient the first time with the EXACT same stats as you. i remember the first days meals and they put me on 1200 the first day and 1500 the next! i was on 2500 a couple days later and after a couple weeks of gaining they had to keep on increasing me because my metabolism sped up so much (this happens to alot of ppl in recovery). i was inpatient for just a month, then put in a partial program (still never got to go home"/) for another month where my cals were about 3500 daily. i went home weighing about 96lbs-18lbs in 2 months. at such a low weight you dont realize how dangerous it is-its very dangerous! im not saying you dont realize your bodys in danger-but i doubt you realize you could seriously die at any moment. when you go to see your doc and team friday be honest with them about your feelings, fears, ask them questions, etc. they are the professionals. if you dont think you can gain this weight on your own i think you should seek inpatient treatment-your life is in danger at the weight your at now.

i want to add stop w/the compulsive lying! or watever your doing! first of all the recipe is mostly wheat flour/fruit etc so plenty of fiber to begin with! i know from experience all the little ED lies hun. wheat bran is the lowest cal "flour" and is barely edible! you have other post where you say your intolerant to dairy, nuts and pretty much everything yet u freak out over 10 extra cals in laughing cow cheese (dairy!) and your trying to be a vegetarian too? you really think you can live of plain veggies and splenda?your goal weight is a bmi of 15! im not stalking your post but you start soooooooooo many threads!!!!!! i just want to know WTF? you have an excuse to not eat just about every food! this is not a pro ana site! wat do u not understand? you have an eating disorder  im in a ranting mood but im not going to rant because ill probably never stop and you never respond when ppl are being honest with you like i am so guess what? ill copy and paste this on every thread u start if i have to. im not a mean person-ive suffered with a ED myself and im glad to help those who WANT TO BE HELPED but u dont want to be helped. u just want everyone to tell you how to make yucky superdiet food so you can be "superskinny" like ur screen name and how to stop "binging" etc. im done now

you have an ED and are trying to make the lowest cal baked goods possible-ridiculous! your probably "not moving" because your not eating and have nothing to move! do you understand what everyone has been telling you?? i dont think you do youve posted/asked like 40+ questions about all sorts of ED sh5t and its ridiculous your profile should be deleted if your not going  to even make a slight effort to recover just GO AWAY your not wanted here with ppl who are here to get healthy!!!!!!! this is NOT a friggin pro ana site
