40 YOF & DF both trying to lose some weight by returning to healthier food choices and smaller portions. Both need to get more exercise. I'm a (12 hr) shift worker and find being consistent a challenge. Hoping to learn more fun and healthy ways to cook particularly on our contact grill and with our new steamer. Working to hit goal weight and have regained racing cardio level by 1 January 2007.
