fantastic. I am drinking plenty of water. I drink probably 3 liters a day which is 96 or so oz. Well on the working out...I do take one of my days easy...and don't do much on the weights I just am afraid if i slack off then always a fatty. I was thinking 2-3 lbs was the healthy weight loss /week and i can live with that. I was thinking at least a year for the whole 100 lbs.  I don't plan on going backwards at this juncture. Took me too many years to get off my behind and one day i was like WHOA i weigh too too much (like i didn't remeber it happening), so now I feel like I am on the road to recovery.

I was told by a trainer that 1300 calories is the minimum a female should eat and i was told by a doctor that my maximum calorie intake was 1588 calories...so i was working towards the lower end. But these last several days I notice that I need more fuel so I am implementing more veggies in the middle of the day. I snack a lot recently but it is all apples, carrots, strawberries, etc.
THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR ADVICE AND HELP.

I am new around here so i am trying to learn the ropes.

As a general rule, most chips are at least 10 calories per chip, that is doritos, lays. baked chips, even those organic chips. so only 10 chips is 100 calories. jmo Not hardly worth it when chips offer NO nutritional value whatsoever. But I always think 10 calories per chip as a general rule.
