the best part about the tae bo videos is the more able you are to perform the moves correctly the harder it is. Its really a win win

shelley is his daughter in law. She doesnt bother me that much. Sometimes when billy is rambling and im still doing something thats hard and starts to hurt, for like, 30 counts or something im like SHUT UP BILLY and justs move to the next one!

Acting is very, very difficult to do correctly. I once was an actress in a student film and it so hard. If an actor makes it look easy, then he/she is GOOD at what they are doing. Everything you do must translate well to the camara. Its a lot of work.

Anyway I worship Steven Colbert, especially after he spoke at the white house press conference 2 years ago and he blasted pre bush 3 feet away from him. Balls of steel.

it will be a lot more difficult to lose w/o working out. There is a workout for you somewhere. As long as it limits what you can do but not eliminates physical activity, you can do something

peanuts and peanut butter help alot. Also do some metabloism raising activities, like HIIT or lifing, that makes your metabolism go through the roof and really hungry.

i would say ditch that cardio. You are underweight as it is and dont need it.

I could write a lot, but the basic is you need to eat at surplus and lift heavy. I always like to reccomend t-nation.com and bodybuilding.com. They are both dedicated to lifting, and there is a ton of info there.

-its not possible for anyone, male or femal to bulk up while eating at a deficit; Take some measurements and check them weekly to stay on track.
-Have a good look at your diet, make sure it is clean and there is nothing bloating you up.
-Drink a metric ton of water. Tons and tons of water

The Lounge Getting Married At 18...Why Is It Looked Down Upon? Feb 25 2008

god i cant even remember what i was like at 18. im 22 now, more mature than a lot of my peers, and I am nowhere near ready for marriage. I still have so much more to learn.

you never know how you will grow and change. no matter how things are now, they will not be the same even 3 years down the road. Its better not to commit to something so serious so early, you just never know how you are going to turn out, and if the person you will be will still be compatible with who you are now.

if you dont know, then the awnser is no.

dont worry about being married right now, its not important. Marriage will come if/when you are ready for it later on down the road.

Original Post by kadrin:

I use Rippetoe's program from his book starting strength. www.startingstrength.com. It's all barbell exercise. Basically, I alternate the following two workouts:

Workout#1:

5*3 squats, 5*3 Benchpress, 5*3 deadlift

Workout#2

5*3 squats, 5*3 press, 5*3 power clean

Warmup is 10 mins jogging plus doing the actual exercise at lower weights.

For inspiration and advice, I recommend Krista's website. http://www.stumptuous.com/cms/index.php

wow you can do cleans? did you just teach yourself how to do them or did you seek help from a PT? ive always wanted to do olympic lifts but I have no idea how to begin learning them
