But when you really look at the body especially for women,,,, I feel you have to consider hormones as part of maintains a healthy weight or gaining or losing weight. If for example a woman has Low estrogen during the follicular phase,, on a 80/10/10 diet she is going to gain weight which is. What happens to Many,,,, low progesterone during luteal phase as well. | I got some tips,,, if going vegan,, try to stick mainly with as much fruits and vegetables as you can. Avoid the high fat vegan diet. Also you might want to limit soy products in the vegan diet. Look at juicing greens,,, creating green smoothies,,,, | |||

I eat raw foods but don'tdo any of those crazy receipes with the dehydrated this and that
I just eat green smoothies, vegetable juice , huge salads and lots of fruit. |

Bases: celery, cucumbers
Sweeteners: carrots, apples, beets, pears
Greens: kale, Swiss chard, spinach, arugula, lettuce, etc
Healers: parsley, cilantro, dandelion, dill, basil,
Tonic: garlic, turmeric, ginger, peppers
This should give you an idea of how to build juices. Pick one from each category. |

I've the China Study. Ive read Paleo Books. Ive "READ". Now, most importantly I have "APPLIED" these concepts and I tell you that for my body, I thrive on a VEGAN non junk food, only fruit, vegetable, nuts and seed diet.
I like meat but for me it wasn't optimal, Everyone is different. It seems people only like to read and not Judge without actually trying these diet programs, "huhhhhh" So who cares about China Study, Cholesterol Myth, etc,,,,,... until you actually try it you won't know what's best. Just my opinion |

I like the story. Very nice. How can this be bad when I feel great.
How can this be bad when I'm 28 and look like an 18 year old. How can this be bad when I can out perform you and most people I'm athletic drills/exercises How can this be bad for me when I never get sick How can being vegan be worse than SAD diet. How can eating a high raw diet be bad when I look so alive. How can eating fruits and vegetables be so bad for me when I get so much love from people that don't even know my diet The thing is that people get scared because it's a high possibility you can become a junk food vegetarian or vegan or non meat eater etc...... But when you know how to listen to the body, listen to the cues. When you eat fruit and veggies as your staple you are pretty much set We are not sick, we know what we are doing. We are thriving |

Listen, everyone is different. I can show studies, statistical analysis of both diets, both worlds, (meat eater and non meat eater) So many people talk but only talk what they have read. Have you actually tried it. I have. I did paleo. I did vegetarian. Then went back to paleo. Then did raw vegan. Then 80 10 10. Now I'm just vegan and I don't even know how to categorize myself because I can't. Study's, bloggers , etc etc. you have to pick and choose what resonates with to right? Well, I finally understand the meaning of follow your heart. Listen to the body. I don't eat meat and feel amazing I eat high carb but not like 80 10 10 people. I don't eat just to eat. I listen to the body's signals. That's it. If one day I get craving for meat then ok I'll eat meat. You can't base your lives on study's, books, doctors, diets etc. their is no one right way. I feel like I did it all. And vegan just makes me feel happy. Also I look younger now. Paleo was great at the beginning, Eating meat was great at the beginning Then I felt slow and I was following everything perfectly and I became obsessed with stats then I went vegetarian but the stupid way then feel back on paleo because it was a better diet then my vegetarian junk food way I guess. Now vegan and doing it smart is like a whole new me. Why not combine the best of both worlds? That's up to you. |

| Ive been eating fruits and veggies and at the beginning lost lots of weight. I scared for a moment because I went down to 159lbs but ten I started gaining weight all on the same diet. Fruits and veggies. My weight today is 175lb. 5.11 | |||
