Bio

I'm a 60 year old female who retired 3 years ago. Yippee!!!  Since retirement I've been putting on weight.  This past November I joined the YMCA and I work out 3/4 days a week doing weights and cardio training.  So far I haven't seen the scales move.  I met with a dietitian and she told me my eating habits were not that bad and to try to make small changes.  My first was to eliminate white flour out of my diet.  Oh...I love white bread.  Nothing but wheat or flat bread for me now. 

 I joined this group in hopes of finding out what is working for others, especially other women in my age group.  It is so hard to lose an ounce!!!
