Bio

I started putting weight on slowly but steadily over about the last 10 years.  I got on a scale after Thanksgiving 2006 and saw 258 lbs.  I started losing weight in December 2006 but I got really serious and committed in February 2007 when I 1st found the CC site.  I was shocked to see the calorie count on some of the foods I was (over)eating.  With what I was eating I couldn't just workout for 20 minutes a day 3 times a week.  In past that's all I thought I needed but never made progress - I just kept gaining more weight.  I'm well under 200 now and getting closer to my goal thanks in part to CC. 

Interests 8: atv'ing, cooking, golf, landscaping, playing with my 2 kids, snowboarding, softball, walking/hiking
