About:

Jesslyn Cummings is an endurance athlete, a coach, a friend, and a student.

Experience:

Jesslyn has been an avid runner for many years, spending the last 7 years going to seminars and classes on proper form, injury prevention, and women-specific running topics. She's coached beginners and long-time runners alike, for everything from starting a walking/running program for fitness to training for marathons and Olympic triathlons.

Education:

Jesslyn is currently pursuing a BA in English and Nutrition, while furthering her understanding of the human body and running through kinesiology, health, and running-specific classes and seminars.

My running experiences have been some of the best of my life. In my opinion, running fuels people like nothing else can. I've been through injuries, slumps, and a multitude of other problems, but none of them have been a match for the obsession that running becomes. Running has made me healthier than I ever thought I would be before; it relaxes me, works my aggression and stress out, and gives me peace. Running is the ultimate connection between mind, body, and soul for me.
