Foods McDonalds Guilt? Nov 07 2011

Fast food once in awhile is fine.  It's not the healthiest but it's perfectly fine in moderation.  I eat fast food maybe once a week or once every 2 weeks.  I personally don't like eating at places like McDonalds because I always feel like crap afterwards but that doesn't always stop me because their food (well I'd rather go to Chick-fil-a or Sonic personally) is tasty.

As long as your calorie intake is within your range you're fine.  One meal at McDonalds won't kill you.  Just don't make it an everyday type of habit.

I always run in tights, because everything else just winds up twisting around, creeping up, or falling down. I carry a lot of weight in my thighs, but don't let it bother me. Here I am in my favorite tights - Nike Dri-Fit 3/4 length. If you feel self conscious, you can just throw on a pair of loose shorts over the tights.

I have these! I wear running shorts though and haven't tried them out running yet, I've used them mostly for my bike rides.  But now that it's getting colder I'll probably try them out soon.  In the past I wore running tights with running shorts over them in the winter.  It hasn't gotten too cold here in Texas yet so I haven't really needed anything other than shorts yet.

Original Post by bierorama:

My weekend was pretty bad. I indulged in alcohol on three different occasions.

Friday night: Thai deep dish pizza, buffalo wings, whipped cauliflower, Woodchuck Hard Cider, bloody mary and for dessert a chocolate xtini with cake flavored vodka (link).

Saturday morning: Onion bagle with cream cheese, breakfast casserole, turkey sausage, bran muffin, parfait (yogurt, fruit, granola), coffee cake and mimosas (three).

Saturday night: Champagne, Harvest Moon Pumpkin Ale, BBQ brisket, macaroni and cheese, huge salad (redeeming factor), red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting and an oreo on top, wedding cake with REAL buttercream frosting.

Sunday morning: Two eggs, sausage, black beans, apple cider donuts and fresh apple cider.

Sunday lunch: Wendy's chili (blargh) followed by shots of whipped cream with my kids.

Sunday dinner: Noodle's & Company Penne Rosa.

I was so bloated come Monday morning that it has cured me of the desire to eat like that again. My portions were out of control.

How is Blue Moon's pumpkin ale? I'm intrigued and am thinking I may have to buy some.

You know you need to eat to be healthy...and this is nowhere near it.  Please go, eat a big, substantial meal and work on yourself and continue seeking help.
