my mother had this problem too. no matter what she did, she couldn't lose weight. she hired a nutritionist and he told her that her body wasnt losing weight bc she had a candida problem in her digestive system. he put her on a detox to fix her organs. the detox was lots of veggies, lots of nuts, fish, eggs, grilled chicken, 4 herbal teas a day, and tons of vitamins and water and fish oil. no sugars, caffeine, dairy, or alcohol at all, bc thats what the bad bacteria feeds on and thats what she had to kill. he advised her to not exercise and to take it easy. she did it for 2 weeks straight and finally began dropping the pounds after about 10 days. then she added good carbs back in slowly, beans, fruits, etc, so not to shock the system, and continued losing weight. not only that, her skin and hair look great and she feels the best she ever has. |

i had this extreme case of psoriasis that dried out my skin and caused all kinds of wrinkles under my eyes and cheeks. i am only 25 and was getting all of these lines that i knew i wasnt supposed to be seeing. i have started to take fish oil everyday. 4 times the amount than it suggests (my nutritionist said its ok) and twice the amount of vit b. and ive applied a face lotion on everyday. the lines have nearly disappeared. not only that, my skin looks the best it's ever been my whole life. that includes every part of my body. it took about a month or 2 to see real results. |

wow, i have the exact same problem. i think our ear holes are just too small. i have found 2 solutions but i did invest some money because i think it is worth it. i got the big professional ones and i love it! and then i got some that wrap behind the ear and keep the buds in place without actually having to shove them into your ear. |
