Well, I almost always eat weird things in the morning and I have a thing for leftovers, so breakfast is very often last night's roast veg... or mashed potato... or sweet potato spread on wholewheat toast... or baby potatoes fried up with an egg... or leftover mushooms/broccoli/peas/onions/whatever thrown into an omelette... you get the idea!

This might be a stupid question, but is there any chance it could just be bad PMS? I'm exactly like that for about a week before my period. I'm cranky and really depressed, I collapse into floods of tears for absolutely no reason at least a couple of times a day, and I know I'm being silly but I literally can't stop myself. And, like you, I never cry otherwise.

Apologies if you feel this is too simple an explanation - I know with your history it could be something more serious, but I just thought it was worth checking just in case.

Feel better soon x

Well my work clothes are boring enough, mostly because I'm never really bothered making the effort! Black trousers, fitted tops, etc etc.

My casual gear is 99% jeans, fitted band t-shirts, and black Converse.

If I'm dressing up, it's usually either a short dress or a short skirt and low-cut band t-shirt! My night-time clothes are usually black or grey, sort of a rock-chick vibe I suppose. Usually worn with kick-ass black leather boots, a lot of chunky silver jewellery and thick black eyeliner.

And my all-time favourite wardrobe item is my special edition Adidas/Star Wars black zip-up hoodie with a massive white stormtrooper down the back. LOVE. IT. It obviously goes with my casual stuff, but it's quite often used as a jacket over my going-out clothes too!

Dear Boss,

I know you are trying to be nice to me because you appreciate the fact that I have dragged my exhausted @ss in to work for two days in a row even though I am dying with a migraine.

I know you are trying to be kind and show that you care, but could you please, PLEASE stop asking me whether I "feel better yet" every fifteen minutes. You did it yesterday too, and I don't know how many times I have to explain to you that migraines are not headaches and they don't just disappear. And that even though this started on Wednesday, I've been too damn busy to get enough sleep, and because of that this is likely to go on well into the weekend. I just want to get on with my work quietly and then get out of here as soon as I can.

And while we're at it, Dear Migraine,

Please leave me alone. You have already made me suffer for two full days in work, and my head is still pounding. Plus, I was really looking forward to that awesome rave in the woods tonight, with all of my friends. You know how I love all-nighters. And glowsticks. But instead, you're going to make me stay in and go to bed at eight o'clock. On a Friday night. You've been ruining selected nights out for over a decade now. Why can't you just leave me in peace?

Painfully,

Me.

I'm 23, and my magic number is 8 at the moment. That includes two long-term relationships and one that lasted a couple of months, but the rest are one-night stands. I'm also about to go travelling for a year, so I'm pretty sure that number is going to go up pretty fast in the next twelve months!

I strictly do not eat any meat nor chicken for more than 15 yrs because it disgusts me to eat any animal that has lungs.

Firstly, I'm not a vegetarian; never have been, never will be, but fair play to those who are. I'm just kinda curious though - why is it lungs specifically that bother you?

I'd be some kind of gross combination of tea, potatoes, eggs, apples, and cheese!

I know this is almost painfully stereotypically Irish, but I have two major comforters for any bad mood: a big bowl of buttery mashed potato, and a pot of tea. Either one will have me smiling again in no time.

Ha well I like to eat my toast stone-cold, so when it comes out of the toaster I lean it up against the breadbin for a few minutes. Then I like the way the butter sits on top of it instead of melting in!

I drink a lot of tea anyway, but if I'm eating tuna (of any kind, at any meal, with anything) I HAVE to have a cup of tea with it.

I can't STAND anyone touching me while I eat. Maybe it's some kind of primeval reflex to guard my food, maybe I'm just crazy. Who knows?!

I can never eat a normal-sized portion of rice. Any other carb, I could eat till the cows come home (if I let myself!) but for some bizarre reason I can only ever manage about a third of a portion of rice before I'm stuffed.

driscoll62090, I think the OP means she hates eating in the morning, in which case I know a good few people like that (used to be one before I discovered the glory of a great breakfast!) and it's definitely not ED behaviour.
