I am 29 years old and originally using this site to just count my daily calories but i've found the forums really interesting and informative. I began interest in cc when I went from 127 lbs in the spring of 2005 to about 100 lbs in about 3 months. I did it by (realizing now) starving myself...I would consume no more than 1000 calories/day. In the last few months I gained at least 10 lbs by not watching what I ate at all.
My goal is to get down to about 105 and maintain that weight. I realize that i'm at a healthy weight now but I really liked how I looked and felt at about 105 (plus my clothes are a little tight now). My biggest stuggle is eating more than 1000 calories/day... but the information on this site though really drive home the importance of it and that's good!
