What about pink colored coconut shavings? Or pink tinted sliced almonds? I've also seen sweets (wagashi) here in Japan that are topped with adzuki bean paste (I think) that has been pressed through something so it came out like spaghetti. | I know this is kind of late to reply, but I was just curious about the flip diet that the article's author encourages. How are you supposed to lower your body fat if you are eating fats for 60% of your diet three-quarters of the time? Wouldn't that increase your body fat percentage? Hmmm. Unless thats what gives you those female curves and booty. | |||

| I agree with everyone else, tagging your most eaten items saves time. I especially make a point to enter and tag the things that aren't in the system and I had to input. Another shortcut I have started using is that I use the "new recipe" form to enter everything from the meal, even if it was actually in separate dishes. Then I just use "add one serving to your log" and don't save the recipe that really wasn't one! | |||

Yup, me too!! It sucks because I worked hard to drop those 3 or so pounds all month and then its all undone for at least a week! I hate it! But I noticed it because I was weighing myself every other day, now i only weigh myself once a week and I skip that week haha! |
