lunch: crunchy pb and honey on whole wheat, apple, peach, lowfat cottage cheese

dinner: lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, mushrooms, grilled tofu, and spinach artichoke hummus in a multigrain wrap, a pear

snack: chocolate chip Clif zbar

breakfast: Kashi Heart to Heart, skim milk, sliced banana

lunch: whole wheat macaroni and soy cheese, slice of whole wheat toast topped with lowfat cottage cheese and a sprinkle of cinnamon

snack: 2 Voortman's flaxseed cookies

dinner: tofu shirataki noodles with spaghetti sauce and mushrooms

snack: 1oz almonds, South Beach Living maple nut protein bar

breakfast: Nature's Path flaxplus multigrain flakes, skim milk, blueberries

lunch: spinach, lettuce, and tomato on 2 slices of whole wheat bread, yogurt, 2 apples, a small pear, and an orange

snack: 1oz raw almonds

dinner: Boca burger with a slice of soy cheese and honey dijon mustard on a whole wheat bun,  grilled mushrooms and asparagus

snack: oatmeal mixed with skim milk and cocoa powder

lunch: whole wheat english muffin with fat free cream cheese and reduced sugar jam, 2 apples

snack: chocolate chip Clif zbar

dinner: grilled soy cheese sandwich, leftover brussels sprouts, half a can of Amy's low sodium chunky tomato bisque

snack: yogurt, pear, 1oz almonds

snack: Peanut Butter Clif kid zbar, banana (ate this in alternating bites - just like a pb banana sandwich!)

dinner: grilled tofu, asparagus, and brussels sprouts

breakfast: Kashi GoLean, skim milk, sliced strawberries

lunch: soy cheese sandwich, 2 apples, cup of nonfat plain yogurt

dinner: grilled portobella mushrooms stuffed with tomatoes and diced green peppers over a bed of mixed greens. also had half of a homegrown acorn squash and some lowfat cottage cheese.

snack: glass of skim milk, banana

Yesterday: (was too busy to post)

breakfast: bowl of spelt flakes and skim milk

lunch: whole wheat english muffin w/ cream cheese, two apples, baby carrots

dinner: tilapia fillet, green bean salad, lowfat cottage cheese

snack: oatmeal

 

Today:

breakfast: 2 Kashi Heart to Heart honey oat waffles topped with nonfat plain yogurt and cinnamon

lunch: whole wheat pita stuffed with salad (mixed baby greens, grape tomatoes, cucumber) w/ hummus, two apples

snack: Kashi peanut butter bar

dinner: green beans and broccoli over brown rice seasoned with garlic and curry powder. side of lowfat cottage cheese

snack: oat bran made with skim milk and a banana (had to try this "banana soup"!)
