I am 28 years old and the mother of 2; girl, age 8, and boy, age 6.  I am engaged and getting married Sept 8, 2007.  I am currently in cosmetology school, decided to go back after I lost my job 2 1/2 years ago, studying hair, facial, and message.

After I had my kids it took a long time to lose the weight, I just love food!!  By the time my son turned 3yrs, I was 25 then, I was the smallest I have ever been, between a size 8 and 10 (I am only 5' 4").  Then 2yrs ago I lost my job due to a fellow employee's fraudulant activity.  I was really depressed, I loved my job and had just recieved a promotion.  I just didn't have the motivation to find another job.  So I sat at home and ate; got myself back up to a size 16!  Then I decided to go back to school. 

I started taking business classes because one day I want to own my own day spa.  I decided to postpone the business classes so that I could get my certifications in cosmetology; sot that I could get a job sooner and begin building my clientle.  I am half way done with the hair and facial programs and will be starting message in Sept.

I decided that it was time to get myself back in shape. Hey, I got a wedding dress to fit into!!!  My mom joined LA Weight Loss at the begining of the year and she has lost 30 lbs so far.  When I noticed how great she was looking (she bought clothes that fit!), I decided that I needed to get started.  She told that she was using this site, I decided to check it out, and here I am!!
