going out tonight, but luckily the bar only serves beer and there are precious few beers i drink. also, i'll split a burger with my man and keep the calories down there as well. only thing that might cause problems is their fries. i've mentioned them before; the super fries are the main reason i don't go out with hubby every monday. just can't resist.

i doubt if there is a "normal" rate as everyone will be different in where the lose as well as what they lose (water retention vs. fat vs. muscle vs. combination there of). as for how often to measure, i've never had the where withal to measure regularly, but i'd say monthly or every two weeks, depending on your preference.

hey guys!

i didn't weigh in today. it's been one tough week, food wise. been doing well today, so maybe i'll check the scale in the morning. think it's TOM that's doing me in right now, which means it should turn around pretty quick if i can keep a better handle on the intake quantity. and i REALLY need to get on the exercise wagon (or maybe i need to get off the wagon and walk.) LOL   either way more motion is necessary.

i noticed this morning that the was was almost up by the time i got to work, so i know that spring is almost upon us and the extra daylight hours might help motivate me to do more.

i have of course heard this litany, but i'm not totally convinced that it is completely accurate. based on everything you have shared with us i still think that muscle gain makes the most sense to explain your situation. but what ever it is as long as things are going in the right direction and you're healthy just go with it!  :o)

are you exercising? if so then it is possible that you're building muscle and losing fat.
