I cant seem to post on Wedenesdays, I always end up waiting until thursday! Last week 169.6 This week 168.6 Not sure if its a loss or if last week I was just bloated but it didnt go up! Yeah!! I bought lunches and snacks for today tomorrow and all of next week so I should be able to stay on top of everything for next weeks weigh in! cross my fingers! Congrats on reaching 127 Dani I cant wait to be close to that!

So I drank a ton of water yesterday and I do feel better but my weight only went down to 169.6. Bleh! How did I get like this :( |

Good Morning! So I weighed in at 170.4 this morning! Really frustrated as I have been doing really well. But I didnt drink any water at all yesterday and only a little the day before. I am going to drink a ton of water today and maybe weigh in again on thursday or Friday. Usually when I am dehydrated I weigh less, so I was a little shocked at how high my weight is. This is starting to get really frustrating. I feel like I am constantly "starting over" and never seem to get any where. I guess I wont be in a swim suit this summer either :( HIGH WEIGHT 170.4 CURRENT WEIGHT 170.4 GOAL WEIGHT 130 |

Hey Everyone! Looks like I came back at a good time! I was MIA and gained a few lbs. I dont know what happened, I just lost focus. I have been back on track for about a week now. High Weight 170 Current Weight 167.6 Goal Weight 130 I would like to be at 150 by September 1st. |

I have a BB which I love but my computer crashed and now I cant use it. I can charge it on anything that takes a USB but the memory gets full and you have to upload it to the website. Now I am frustrated because I dont even use the website. I only used it to set the thing up and now I will have to pay a $10 membership just to clear the memory. And the website has to have JAVA which I dont have at work (and I cant download it) so I am just wasting my money. So basically its just sitting there until I get my computer fixed. I didnt know i would have to pay for the membership just to clear the memory or I probably wouldnt of got it. I thought once my free membership ran out I could just continue to use it and keep track manually(which I do anyway.) Other than that issue I love/d it! It kept me motivated. I would be like "oh yeah I have been pretty active today" then look at it and realize I was only at this many steps or this many calories. I was constantly competing with myself to beat goals. I havent heard of the FB.

2 weeks ago: 161.6 Last week: 164 This week 162.4 I am all over the place, i was hoping I would drop back to 161.6 after my period and wine trip. But hey I ate and drank like crazy for basically 2 weeks, did not excersize at all and only gained .8. Back on the wagon this week! My new goal is to be under 160 by May 5th (Cinco De Mayo) and conveniently a weigh in day :)

Hello, I was at 164 today:(Bleh, right back where I started. But I am not counting this weigh in. I am on my period and have been eating junk and not drinking enough water... I will wait until next Wednesday to see where I am really at. I hate this vicious cycle. Period for 1 week, feel bloated, crave carbs. Right after period for about 2 weeks I am in complete control and shed a couple pounds. Then the week before my period I get super tired and hungry and usually don't gain but wont lose. Then period comes back and I weight more, feel bloated and cant stop eating. I gain the couple pounds I lost back and am right where I started!!! GRRRRR, so frustrating.

Hey guys! Looks like we lost a few people this week. Uh oh! I didnt have time to log in yesterday. Last Week 161.6 This Week 162.8 UGHGH almost a whole pound! Hopefully some will come off easy. I kind of expected this, I didnt eat good, didnt get any form of excersize and I start my period on Monday and already have PMS :( I know that 3lbs is a huge goal to reach in one week but I am going to try really hard to reach it by next Friday. My goal was to be under 160 by my girls trip next weekend. Well really I was hoping for 158 but this week kind made that unrealistic. So I need a 10,500 total deficit by next Friday. We'll see! Geogirl! Congrats on finally having a loss! Now you have some motivation to keep on truckin! Sweetchili - 142 is not that bad! Thats only a .2 gain from last week! Dont stress. That is actually really good since you had Easter all week long. I gained .8 and only had Easter for 1 day! LOL Where is everyone else? |

I trashed 1 girls desk so it looked like she got robbed. There are 5 others on my team and I taped the recievers down and turned the volumes all the way up. I hooked all the paper clips on there desks together so when they grabbed 1 they all came out and I taped there mouses too. I also took all there chairs and hid them and replaced with crappy chairs that dont roll or turn or anthing. Once girl keeps a vanity mirror on her desk so I printed out a picture of a monkey and taped it to her mirror. Then I went on break and came back and they tried to get me back. They turned the ringer up on my phone and had one of my friends call me. I answered the phone and my friend kept asking me if there was something on my phone, I am like no what do you mean. The girls had smeared Bengay all on the inside of the phone thinking that I would grab the phone in a hurry since the ringer was so loud. But I didnt and the way I picked the phone up it didnt even touch me! It did smell though! This was also going around at work and my co worker did it to her husband (who didnt get it at all.) She texted him and said some guy left a message for you on my phone and sd you need to call him back. His name is Ryan D. Lyon and then she gave him the # to the local Zoo. He then texted her back "that # was for the zoo, will you check it and see if thats the right #?" He didnt get it but it was hillarious! She had him call back twice to see if there was a Ryan D Lyon there, unfortunately the Zoo # is all automated so he never talked to a live person. Fun Day!

Last week: 162.4 This week: 161.6 Yeah! I cant believe it went down again. I will be ecstatic if I get out of the 160's next week or the week after! My mini goal was to be at 158 by the time I go on our annual all girls wine tour on April 17th. I think I can do it!!
Geogirl- So sorry you didnt have a loss this week. I know how frustrating it can be! Is the 149.8 your low weight or last weeks weight? Looks like your average cal intake is about 1500, what was your burn at before your injury? Sweetchiliheat- Congrats! How much of a loss was that this week? |

Hang in there! This happens to me a lot too and it is very frustrating. This week was the first week I had a loss since like Christmas so I totally feel ya!I am sure when your in laws were in town you probably ate a little more and the food you ate was probably not as healthy. Drink lots of water and make sure to get some excersize(or a little extra) and just focus on making good choices this week. Count all your calories and make sure your not eating more than you think. Dont stress and weigh in next week and I bet it will go down! You may not make it to 130 by May but at least you wont be at 152, right? But you might make it to 130 some time in the summer and you will be getting smaller and smaller until you get there! Good Luck! |

Good Morning everyone! SW 164 LW 164 CW 162.4 GW 130 I am so excited, this is the first time in a while that the scale has moved down and not up! I was so scared to weigh this morning and it was such a relief to not only have it go down but to have it go down 1.6lbs. This gave me some much needed motivation!

Hey alist_shazz I cook a hot meal almost every night for my BF and his friend (he lives close.) They dont mind healthy food at all! As long as I cook it they eat it! I use lowfat cheeses and sour cream. ICBINB instead of regular butter. I add extra veggies to everything and they dont even care. There are some things I wont skimp on because they just dont taste good but I just eat a little bit and make them eat the rest! If I make spaghetti I just have sauce and bread and a little noodles or I make a side of veggies and add the sauce to that. As far as the late night snacking, I have the same problem. Yesterday I was completely satisfied and wasnt going to eat anything else. Then the boys decided it was desert time and broke out some candy bars, I ate half of a snickers almond bar! I hate when I do that, but yet I keep doing it! |

Hey Everyone! Just wanted to check since its Monday. Hope you all had a great weekend! We have had great weather and it has been making me so much more motivated. I also had some really good healthy food this weekend. I get so bored with food sometimes and then I resort to junk so new recipes are always fun! I have to share this easy and fairly cheap dinner idea! I took the inards out of a whole chicken and stuffed it with lemons, limes and orange slices and seasoned with lemon pepper. I cut red potates in 1/8ths tossed in olive oil, rosemary and salt and pepper and placed in roasting pan with chicken. Baked at 350 until it was 160 degrees and the potatoes were cooked. It was delicious. Next time I will probably just do the lemon and orange as those were the flavors I tasted the most. They were very faint though. It just gave the potates and chicken a slightly sweet flavor and made it really moist! YUMM! I wish I had some for lunch but the guys ate all of it! BONUS - it was a lot cheaper to buy the whole chicken than the boneless breasts and it was so much better! Anyone else have a healthy recipe to share? |

I am here! Thats great! I cant wait to be back at 146! I remember being there and thinking I was so big and now i cant wait to be that small again! I am also feeling better today. I lost my 4lbs of water weight basically over night! Thank Goodness. I am back at 164, so I didnt lose any but at least didnt gain any this week. Better luck next week! |

Last week 164 Today 168 !!!OMG I know this is water weight and will go back down, probably to about 164 again. I ate fairly well this weekend but was not very active. Still fighting a cold and hurt my neck. I also drank alcohol for the last 4 days. I dont think I ate/drank enough to have gained 4 more lbs!!. I am pounding water today and will get some kind of excersize in and I bet it will be down a little by tomorrow. Happy St. Patty's Day! |

Well my home computer crashed and I have been super busy at work. So I havent been on and havent posted my weight (I secretly didnt want to.) My weight on Wednesday was 164! Up 3lbs. ERRRRRR. So frustrating. It is TOTM and some friends and I rented a beach house last weekend and indulged in good food and drinks so I am sure it will level out. I am just irritated with myself because I was hoping to have lost a little weight before my birthday on 3/16 and instead I gained weight. I have been using my Body Bugg and I LOVE IT! Granted it is expensive and it alone will not make you lose weight but it has been motivating me to move more. I honestly thought I only burned around 1600-1800 calories a day and felt so defeated when I couldnt stay at 1200 calories a day. But according to the Bugg i burn around 2000 a day without excersize. Which is awesome! Now I just really need to focus on counting those calories! It also has a very accurate pedometer on it. I have only been taking about 3000 steps a day. For weight loss you should be at 10,000!!! I am way off. So this week I have aimed for 5000 a day. I have been fighting a nasty cold, once I get over it I will aim for 500-1000 step increases each week and see if that helps! Thanks for listening/reading! Hope you guys have a great weekend. The scale today said 160.8. Monday I was at 161.8. I think its just water loss from the weekend. I always weigh a little less on Wednesdays. BF is going to pick up my body bugg at UPS right now. I cant wait to start using it. I will let you all know what I think. I will try and do measurements by next week. Good Luck this week everyone!

Hello, I would love to join this group! 5"0 SW 161 CW 161 GW 130 I have been logging into Calorie Count for over a year. I have not lost any weight. I go through phases where I do really well counting and working out. I never seem to see results or its just a small amount and I lose motivation. But even though I havent lost weight I feel I have become more comfortable refusing food and not feeling like I have to each everything on my plate. This is a huge accomplishment for me. I have a hard time stopping at 1200-1400 calories. Now that I feel a little more comfortable with being able to eat only when needed and not go crazy at every meal I am ready to start focusing on losing the weight. I also just purchased a Body Bugg. I should get it in the mail today or tomorrow. I think this will be helpful in motivating me to move more and eat less. I think I overestimate how many calories I actually burn. Janelle
