| Bio | My starting weight was 248.5 and I am 5'4". I am also 45 and heart trouble runs in my family. Mother had 1st heart attack at 47. One of her brothers died at 42 and another brother had heart attack at 41. Right now I have no heath issue and I don't want any. |
