A nice young man with a BS from A&M. Moved to Dallas after graduation and have been mixed up in relationships that are not conducive to a healthy lifestyle. Used to be a gym rat, but had an accident a few years back and just never got back into trying very hard. I've been doing a token morning set of something to satisfy guilt. Been needing to put a little more intensity into my daily habits, but since the ex is gone, I've got more time and motivation to focus.
More recently, my daily routine has included a 40-minute walk with a 30lbs extra load to begin acclimation. I'm just starting to include a bit of jogging on the route ( w/o the extra load ). Have to work out an old football knee injury. The stairs seem to be helping also. Trying to do something daily and double on the weekend. Best of luck to everyone on their journey.
