About

Bio
I am studying to be a teacher at APSU. I have two more semesters left. One more before student teaching. Wow I can't believe the time is almost here. I don't think I would've made it this far without the help of the gals in my classes. Like 15 of them tried to get my windows down when I locked my keys in my car. I am happy this is my last year of school but I will miss it. I love to eat banana, honey, peanut butter sandwiches. I LOVE chocolate and probably eating it right now. I like to be around people who are just real. I live with my mom and my sister and we do what we can but still take time to enjoy everyday. My hero is my dad and I strive to live life as he did.

Not All Processed Foods Are Created Equal
Fact: a diet containing whole, fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best for a healthy mind and body. Although true, it can be hard to keep food fresh at home for longer periods of time, and if you have no time to shop every few days, boxed and canned foods become appealing. We often hear about heavily processed frozen dinners and processed foods worth avoiding, but there are minimally processed foods that do pack a lot of nutrition and may be worth having in the fridge or cupboard.
