hi everyone, i know i have been missing for about 3 weeks but thats because myhouse was burnt to a crisp on 6 sept. i lost everything and am starting again. my main concern is geting on my feet again. i know i have gained weight but since the scale is gone i have to buy a new one. i have been trying tosend this message for so long and its only this morning my phone co operated. so plz excuse any typos. will try to get back on the 1st with new challenge. until then congrats to everyone on this journey. stay committed!

actually seeing it in total has given me inspiration to keep going.  Ok chocolate brownie today was your last day.  6lbs for sept should be doable for goal. (Fingers crossed)

i agree with gramite and i too appreciate all that you are doing.  it definitely keeps me on track and more focused to keep going when the fake blueberry muffins keep calling my name.  you are human and if the figures have errors that should not matter.  What should matter is that the individual continues to do the work  to keep making their personal progress.

instead of getting better, cold got worse.  into the coughing/sneezing no appetite phase...  sigh.

I have been there or should say am there.. (ttom and a few unhealthy bites of the wrong stuff ..... who said chocolate cream brownie...sigh).  Next week i am dreading getting on the scale.  But in the bigger picture i keep telling myself, if i don't face up to it, i wouldn't know at what point i'm stepping off from.  Hope you find the scale and who knows with your deficit, when you look down, a huge smile will be on your face when you look up.  We're rooting for you.  Good luck.

processed carbs held me back.  drastically cutting back on that. I still have a slice of cake, just not everyday.  I have a low carb dark chocolate that i only eat 1 block when the chocolate monster threatens or if i've had a  really good day and want a mini celebration.

water - 16 x 8oz cups.  I start a 64 oz in the morning at home, drink the other 64oz in work and then finish the other when i get home.  I add a few drops of lemon or an ounce of juice for flavour.  need to jazz up the blah al little

good fats (avacados, almonds, soy milk, olives)

protein @ about 25%-30%

most importantly for me, not cheating myself out of feeling great after a workout.   Sure i have my lazy moments, but i don't miss 2 days in a row without doing some sort of exercise.  walking / riding / leslie sansone (free on youtube haha)/ strength training.   

I eat between 1300-1600.  i tend to fluctuate the number so i don't get in a rut.

Lastly i've tried to move my mentality from "have to" to "want to and need to".

Have to says to me that i'm punishing myself for my overeating.  Want to and need to says, this is what my body needs to survive and be at it's peak, so i'm going to give it my best shot possible.

Still a work in progress though as i said... i have my moments.
