I started out at 215 back in early February.  Then I began losing weight through a lot of exercise and careful eating.  I probably lost a little too fast, but I did eat healthy.  I eventually got down to my maintenance weight window of 168-173.  For the most part I have kept in that weight window a large percentage of the time.

I kept accurate weigh-ins for the months of May, June, July, and September.  I decided to experiment in the months of August and October.  My average weight in May was 179.49; June, 172.88; September, 170.35.

On May 3rd, I weighed 188.40--on May 31, I weighed 174.60.  Average daily calorie consumption was 2254.

On June 1st, I weighed 175.20--on June 30th, I weighed 170.60.  Average daily calorie consumption was 2480.

On July 1st, I weighed 170.60--on July 31st, I weighed 170.00.  Average daily calorie consumption was 2715.

On August 9th, I weighed 164.10.  This followed some experimentation.

On September 1st, I weighed 174.60--on September 30th, I weighed 172.40.  Average daily calorie consumption was 3186.

On October 5th, I weighed 168.68.  Then I quit recording weigh-ins (except for Monday mornings) calories, and amount of exercise time.  On October 12th, I weighed 178 after spending 8 days on the East Coast, eating and drinking and having a grand high time.  On October 19th and on October 26th, I weighed 169.6.

From September 1st through October 5th, I averaged 2 hours, 52 minutes of exercise daily.  Basically, my exercising consists of walks downtown for groceries and errands, walks for exercise, yard work, stationary bike, hitting the heavy bag, ab routines, and lifting weights (biceps, triceps, and hand grips).

When November comes, I plan to record calories, exercise, and weigh-ins daily again.  Then when December comes, I shall probably not do that.  I would like to be learn how to intuitively know how to control my calorie consumption.  I think at the very least, in December, I will continue to weigh-in each Monday morning.
