Ok, speaking from a woman who had a baby 6 years ago & still hate my stomach, you can slim it down but it does take a lot of work! I have came down from 180 to 148 now and even though my stomach is smaller from working out & I have lost my fat middle, I do still have loose skin from where my tummy stretched out. Some women can go down to nothing again & other's like me who stretch out of proportion, will always have a little extra skin no matter how skinny we get. It's ok though because I know that the extra stuff is from my sweet son and I wouldn't give him back now! |

Today I got 1 mile in! It seems like maybe i'm the slacker here! 1 little mile compared to all of you! I'm trying to work on it! Give me some pointers! Help a girl out!! I did get up to 3 miles at one point but then quit for like 2 weeks when my grandparents died 2 days apart from eachother. Ever since, I am finding it very hard to increase again. |

My husband and I cycle! It is great for dropping calories!!! In the summer we pick a few rides to do where we'll ride 50-70 miles. That really helps drop some weight. You should try mountain biking also, it is a blast!! |
